OTET Syllabus: Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) is organized by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha. It is conducted for the recruitment of Teachers in the private and Government schools of Odisha. There will be 2 Papers are having for the appointment of the teachers. Paper- I am to recruit the teacher of class 1st to 5th and paper- II is for class 6th to 8th. Odisha TET includes Paper- I and Paper- II syllabus different but 2 or 3 subjects are similar.
The subjects include various topics in the whole syllabus. Child Development & Pedagogy and Language- 1 & 2 are similar subjects in both Papers. Moreover, Mathematics and Environmental Studies are added in Paper- I and Social Science, Science and Mathematics subjects are included in Paper-II. To score good marks in the OTET Exam must check the OTET Exam Syllabus. Therefore, the OTET Syllabus plans the study well and aspirants select their topics that cover less time for study.
The OTET Paper 1 Syllabus and OTET Paper 2 syllabus are different but two or three subjects are very similar in both examinations. Getting a good score in paper-1 and paper-2, aspirants are advised to check the OTET Syllabus in the proper mode. A proper understanding of the OTET syllabus for paper-1 and paper-2 will make your exam preparation inefficient.

Aims and Objects of Teaching Social studies, Evaluation in Social Science, Political Science, Methods and Approaches, History and Political Science, Geography.
Shapes and spatial relationship, Mathematics at Upper Primary Stage, Number System, Algebra, Evaluation in Mathematics, Commercial Arithmetic, Methods and Approaches to Teaching-Learning Mathematics.

The OTET Exam Pattern for paper-1 such as there will be 150 multiple choice questions in the exam and candidates are required to complete all 150 questions in 2.5 hours duration. 30 questions of 30 marks will be asked from the following sections which are given below.
The OTET Exam Pattern for paper-2 will contain a total of 150 objective questions with multiple choice types. The duration of this exam will be 2.5 hours and 30 questions of 30 marks will be asked from the following subjects.
Note: Candidates are awarded one mark for each correct answer and there is no negative marking for the wrong answers.
