The Academic Council of Jharkhand conducts examinations for candidates who want to apply for jobs in the Government schools of Jharkhand. The exams are conducted at two levels: Level 1 and Level 2. The JTET Level 1 Exams are conducted for the candidates who want to apply for teaching jobs in the Primary classes ( I to V) in the Jharkhand Government schools.

Qualifying Marks for Jharkhand TET

The following mark the qualifying factors for the Jharkhand TET Examination:

  • Candidates appearing for the JTET are selected on the basis of their scores in the 
  • Exams.
  • The candidates who score 60% and above are considered qualified for the JTET Exams.
  • Qualified candidates will be given the JTET Certificates.
  • The JTET Certificates are valid for a period of 7 years and the candidate can apply for teaching positions in the Government schools of Jharkhand within the designated time.
