UP D.El.Ed is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Education Board for the 2-year teacher training program. The UP D.El.Ed Exam (Diploma in Elementary Education) was earlier known as UP BTC Exam (Basic Teacher Certificate).

It is a 2-year teacher training program for the Government and Private schools of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria can enroll for the Entrance exam.

UP Deled 2024 Overview

The Diploma in Elementary Education Exam 2024 or the UP D.El.Ed Exam 2024 is a Diploma level program and the course mainly deals with child education or Primary education of children in the schools of Uttar Pradesh.

Earlier admission to the UP D.El.Ed Exam 2024 was based on the performance of the candidates in Higher Secondary (10+2) exams. But now, admission to the program is based on both the UP BTC Entrance exam and the Merit list.

The main eligibility criteria of the candidates for the UP D.El.Ed 2024 exam is to complete Graduation or 10+2+3 level of education. Candidates who fulfill the given eligibility criteria can apply for the UP BTC exam online.
