CET Admission process: B.Tech

To get enrolled in the B.Tech course students have to clear the entrance exam of Kerala Engineering Architecture, Medical Entrance Examination(KEAM). After that, they have to participate in the process of counseling. admission is done on the basis of merit.

Eligibility criteria of B.Tech 

Studnet must have passed 10+2 in physics, chemistry, and mathematics with an aggregate of 45% marks from a recognized education board.

For lateral entry, students have to do a diploma in the field of technology/engineering from an accredited university/institute.

• Civil Engineering - 160
• Computer Science Engineering- 160
• Mechanical Engineering - 160
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering - 120
• Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering-60
• Electronics and Communication Engineering-105

Selection Process:

• You have to appear in the entrance examination of (KEAM)
• After that, you need to participate in the process of counseling.
• Then get verified all your documents and submit them.
• Lastly, make a payment and get enrolled in the college. 

Document Required:

• Passport size photographs
• Photocopies of: Class 10 & 12 mark sheets,
• Graduation mark sheets cable),
• Original transfer/ migration certificate, 
• A valid entrance exam rank card, 
• Any valid address proof.

CET Admission: MBA

Students can opt for an MBA for both full-time and part-time. To get enrolled in an MBA course students have to appear in the entrance examination such as KMAT/CAT/CMAT. Admission will be based on the score of the entrance examinations. Then students will get shortlisted and will be called for the interview and group discussion round.  Weightage of entrance examination weightage 80%, 10%, and 10% for the entrance exam, group discussion, and interview round respectively. 

College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram Eligibility Criteria:

• For MBA full-time and part-time, Students must have completed a bachelor's degree and scored at least 50% of marks from a recognized university.
• And scored valid marks in the entrance examination CMAT/CAT/KMAT.
• The total number of seats in MBA is 150.

Selection Process of CET Thiruvananthapuram:

• You have to appear in the entrance exams CMAT/KMAT/CAT.
• Apply online on the official website of the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram.
• Students will get shortlisted on the basis of scored marks for Group discussion and personal interview. 
• The weightage of the score is 80% for the entrance exam, 10% each for group discussion and personal interview. 
• The cut-off scores for CAT are 10% for general, 5% for SC/ST, and 7.5% for OBC.
• The cut-off scores for CMAT are 15% for general, 7.5 for SC/ST, and 10% for OBC.
