Nalanda College of Engineering was established in 2008 by the Government of Bihar. It is situated in Chandi near Nalanda, Bihar, India. NCE was inaugurated by the chief minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar. Nalanda College of Engineering was approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)and affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU Patna). Nalanda College of Engineering, Gokhulpur, Bihar is managed by the Department of Science and Technology. NCE offers a B.Tech program course in four specializations namely, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Nalanda College of Engineering aims to provide the best technical education to the students. NCE area is around 51.64 acres with well-furnished infrastructure with green environment. Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech of NCE:

1. A student must have passed 10+2 from a recognized education board.

Selection Criteria of NCE:

Firstly students have to register and appear for the JEE Main examination.
After the announcement of the result, it will be converted to an NTA score.
Seat allocation and counseling processes will be handled by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority(JoSAA).
Allocation of seats to the students is based on the merit and rank secured.
Firstly the process of mock seat allotment will be conducted and then the actual seat allotment of seats to the students will be conducted on the basis of rank and college preference.
