Eligibility Criteria to take admission in K.K University, Nalanda, Bihar:

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech Course

• The candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations from a recognized board.
• The candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Maths in 10+2.
• In order to get admission into KK University, the candidate must have to appear in the KKU Entrance test conducted by the university.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech Course

• The candidate must have done a 4-year B.Tech course in the relevant specialization.
• The B.Tech degree must be obtained from a recognized university.
• In order to get admission into KK University, the candidate might have to appear in KKU Entrance test conducted by the university.

Eligibility Criteria for B.C.A Course

• The candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations from a recognized board.
• The candidate must have studied Maths in 10+2.
• In order to get admission into KK University, the candidate might have to appear in KKU Entrance test conducted by the university.

Eligibility Criteria for M.C.A Course

• The candidate must have studied Maths in 10+2 examinations.
• The candidates who want to take admission in 3 Years M.C.A program should have a B.C.A degree from a recognized university.
•  the candidate might have to qualify in the KKU Entrance test conducted by the university.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Pharm Course

• The minimum eligibility for pursuing a B.Pharm course is passing marks in 10+2 from the science stream with Chemistry as one of the main subjects.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Pharm Course

• To take admission in the M.Pharm course, the candidates should have completed his/her graduation in Pharmacy (B.Pharm). 
• The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% in B.Pharm examinations or equivalent examinations.
• University also accepts admissions based on the  GPAT score.

Eligibility Criteria for B.B.A Course

• The candidate who has passed 10+2 examinations from a recognized board is eligible to get admission in  B.B.A course offered by K.K University, Nalanda, Bihar.

Eligibility Criteria for M.B.A Course

• The candidate must have complete his/her graduation in any discipline, from a recognized university.
• The candidate has to qualify KKU Entrance test conducted by the university.

Eligibility Criteria to pursue P.h.D Degree

• The candidate must have complete his/her post-graduation in the relevant discipline, from a recognized university.
• The candidate must have a Master’s degree from a recognized university with minimum required marks.
• The candidate has to qualify KKU Entrance test conducted by the university.
• The JRF qualified students are also eligible for the doctoral program offered by K.K University.

Application Process of K.K University, Nalanda 

The candidate who wants to take admitted in K.K University, Nalanda, Bihar can apply for admission online as well as offline.

To apply offline, the candidates have to download the prospectus of the university by visiting the official website https://www.kkuniversity.ac.in/ where they can find the application form. then they need to Print the downloaded application form, fill in the necessary details, and attach the required documents. Submit the application to the admission office of the university with the application fee.

or candidates can also collect the application form directly from the admission office.

To apply online follow the following steps:

1. Visit the official website of the university i.e https://www.kkuniversity.ac.in/

2. Then click on the tab "Admission" tab and then you will be redirected to another page, where you will see an option "Apply online". Click on the option.

3. Now you need to register yourself on the website by entering your email address, phone no. and other required details.

4. You will receive a verification code on the registered email or mobile, enter the OTP and verify yourself and set a password. Now you are registered on the website.

5. Now, Login using the same registered email address or mobile no. and password.

6. Fill the application form and enter all the required details like name, course, age, D.O.B, etc.

7. Upload the required documents as asked in the application form in the required format.

8. Now complete the application process by paying the application fee. 

9. Now click on “Submit” and you are done with the application process.

Note:

• The admission application in any program is verified by the Admission Counsellor, after which the authentication of the concerned Dean or Faculty is done.
• The admissions are grant on the basis of merit or admission entrance test and might be followed by a personal interview.
• The candidate must have to submit the transfer/migration certificate to take admission in K.K University.

Hostel of K.K University, Nalanda, Bihar:

There are separate hostels for boys and girls, the hostel is managed by the warden, the warden is also responsible to maintain discipline in the hostel. The food is also served in the hostel mess, the food quality is maintained by the hostel management. The security and safety of the students are ensured by the hostel, as the hostel is in 24x7 surveillance of CCTV cameras and security guards. Hostel facility can be provided to a limited no. of students only, so the students have to reserve the hostel seats by paying the hostel fee right after getting admission to the university.
