Goa Board 11th Registration Form 2023: The GBSHSE Board releases the registration form notification for class 11th on their official web portal. This procedure is important for the students because through this procedure they can easily register themselves for the next board examination.

Students must be careful while filling the admission form because any mistakes in it will be reflected on their admit card. 

Aspirants who are eligible to appear in the examination should complete their registration process under the guidance of respective school authorities.

The GBSHSE Board allotted the responsibility of the registration process to the respective school management. The HSSC admission form has to be submitted along with the registration charges which are specified by the board.

Students have to fill in the subject groups, personal details along with the address of the candidate. Aspirants have to upload their recent passport size photograph and scanned signature on the form. To avoid any error while uploading the recent passport size photograph of the students, make sure that the size of the photograph must be 150 Kb so that while uploading the documents you/respective school authority won’t face any issue.

The educational details like marks and overall grades of the candidate received in the previous class along with the details like year of completing, name of the candidate, course, name of the school (if required). Once you complete all the procedures of filling, just check every detail twice because if any individual submits any incorrect/wrong details then it will take a long process to fix that occurring error, or may students need to fill an online form for redressal.

Important instructions:

  1. Minimum dimensions for the scanned copy of the signature must be 100 x 100.
  2. Maximum dimensions for the scanned copy of the signature must be 600 x 600 (around 50 kb).
  3. Minimum dimensions for the scanned copy of the passport size photograph must be 300 x 300 pixels.
  4. Maximum dimensions for the scanned copy of the passport size photograph must be 900 x 900 pixels (around 100kb).
  5. Just keep the soft copy ready of your scanned copy of your passport size photograph and scanned copy of your signature before filing the registration form.
  6. Candidates can enroll themselves based on OTP receipt. 
  7. OTP (one-time-password) will be sent to the aspirants via SMS/email.
  8. If the student hasn't received the code yet then request a new OTP.
  9. Goa Board registration fees are to be paid by the school authority through cash or demand draft (D.D) which is payable to the board secretary.
  10. Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will receive the payment of the registration fee to the nearest branch of the Central Bank of India only.
  11. Details that are to be filled on the bank slip are School name, Address, School index number, fee details (Without late fee/ with late fee/ Time barred/ Beyond time-barred).
  12. The board office will not accept the payment of the examination fee beyond the specified dates in the respective category that are mentioned above in the table, even if the bank accepts the same due to oversight.

How to Download Goa Board Class 11th Registration Form:

Generally, it is the responsibility of the school authority to provide the form. But the GBSHSE Board provides the opportunity to the students as well so that they can also fill their form online by themselves.

It is available on the official web portal of the board. Students can easily download it, fill the form carefully, and submit it to the respective school authority before the last date of submitting it.

Here are the few steps that you have to follow to download it:-

  • Visit the official web portal of the GBSHSE Board i.e.
  • Now navigate the link related to Goa Board Class 11th registration from in the notification section.
  • Now you will see the new page on your screens.
  • Now click on the form to open it.
  • Click on the right side for downloading it.
  • Take a 3 to 4 soft copy of it for future reference.
  • After that, you have to fill the form carefully and submit it to the respective school authority before the last date of submitting the registration form.

Revaluation means to re-evaluate the paper of a particular subject completely. Under this, the aspirants have to submit his/her original marks of a particular paper and accept the final marks when announced by the board as a revaluation result.

Important Notes:

  • Students are advised to go through all the terms and conditions before applying for the revaluation. 
  • Registration for revaluation should be made within 15 days from the announcement of the main result by the board on its official web portal.
  • The registration form is to be filled by the concerned students only along with the signature of the student.
  • Select the paper carefully in which you want to seek revaluation. No second registration for the additional paper will be accepted.
  • The fees once paid will not be refunded.
  • The registration is to be made by the student in his/her handwriting along with the signature.
  • Even if anyone else writes the application and signature on behalf of him/her will not be acceptable.
  • Revaluation should be available only for the paper of the end-term examination.
  • Revaluation for the paper of the end-term examination will be sent to external evaluators for evaluation.
  • The average of the marks awarded by two external evaluators should be taken as the final marks.
How to Download Goa Board Class 11th Revaluation Form:

If the student is not satisfied with their marks then, they are eligible to apply for the revaluation of the mark sheet. Here is the procedure for downloading and the same for applying is given below:

  • Visit the official web portal of the board i.e.
  • On your screen, you will see “Primary Section” on your left side.
  • Click that primary section menu in the dropdown menu selects the “Students” section.
  • After clicking on the Students section, select “Registration for revaluation of marks” from the drop-down menu.
  • Navigate the link provided in “Registration for revaluation of marks”
  • A new page arrives on your screens.
  • Download that pdf format of the “Application for revaluation form”.
  • Take a print of the revaluation form and fill it in carefully.
  • After filing the revaluation form, submit it to the respective school authority on time.
