B.Tech Admission:

Direct Admission in B.Tech:

Eligibility, Duration, and Fees of B.Tech Course:

Before taking admission into the B.Tech course, you need to meet the B.Tech course eligibility criteria. It is the minimum requirement, you should have to take admission into a college for a course. The eligibility criteria depends upon the course type and college. The minimum eligibility criteria also sometimes depends upon the substream of the course.

The B.tech course eligibility criteria is as follow:

  • The candidates should have scored at least 60% marks in their 12th from a recognised board.
  • The candidate should have chosen science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in his intermediate class.
  • For an integrated program, the eligibility criteria remains the same as for the B.Tech course.

B.Tech course duration is 4 years. In case of an integrated program, the course duration is 5 years. You will get a dual degree in an integrated program like B.Tech + M.Tech or B.Tech + MBA. Every year has two semesters which should be qualified individually. Each semester has a duration of 6 months. So, there are a total of 8 semesters in B.Tech normal degree and 10 semesters in dual degree program.
