Goa Board 12th Admit Card 2024: The admit card for the secondary and higher secondary examination will be released by the Goa Board of Education in March. It is released every year on the official website and can be downloaded by the respective schools and handed over to the students. The Goa Board class 12 examination will be conducted in April/May.

It is a must for the students who are appearing for the Board examinations. It contains the details of the students. If the candidate fails to show the admit card at the examination hall, he/she will be barred from giving the exams.

The students can collect it by logging in to the website of the Goa Board of Education and need to follow a few steps:

  • Log in to the official website of the Goa Board of Education  (https://gbshse.gov.in/).
  • Click on the Notification or Circular option.
  • This part contains all the important information published by the Goa Board.
  • Click on the Admit Card option.
  • A new page appears where the school has to fill in the login credentials including the Username and Password.
  • After filling in the required details, it can be downloaded by the school authorities.

If it is unavailable on the official website the student can collect the same from the school. The board sends the hall tickets of all the students to the respective schools.

The candidates need to follow a few important instructions while appearing for the exams

These important instructions have been summarized as follows:

  1. The candidate should have the hall ticket at the examination Hall. The details of the examination should be filled in by the candidate. The details like the name of the examination, roll number of the candidate, etc are on the Admit Card. The candidate should fill in the required details from the Admit Card accurately.                                                                                                                   
  2. If the candidate fails to show admit card in the examination hall, he or she shall be barred from giving the exams. So the candidates should have it with them while appearing for the examination.
  3. Candidates should be present in the examination hall at the designated time. If the candidate arrives late, he or she will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
  4. The exam should be written with a blue-colored ballpoint pen and the diagrams should be drawn with a lead pencil. If the candidate uses any color other than blue for writing the exams, the answer sheets shall not be accepted. Also, examination answers that are written with a gel pen shall not be accepted.
  5. Candidates should not use any supporting items while writing the examination. Note pads, calculators, or any reference books are not allowed by the Board. If any candidate is found with any of the given stuff, he or she shall be disqualified from giving the exams.
  6. The admit card has to be preserved by the candidate even after the examinations are over. The Candidate may be required to show it later for administrative purposes of the school. Also, during the declaration of the results, it is very essential as it contains the Roll number of the candidate.
  7. Candidates are instructed to write their names only in the respective place allotted in the answer sheets. If the candidate writes the name, roll number, or any other details in any other area of the answer sheet, it will be rejected by the examiner.
  8. The candidate should verify all the details of the examination center concerning the hall ticket. If the candidate notices any discrepancy in any of the information, he or she should report that immediately to the respective authorities.
  9. Candidates should check the number of pages in the mark sheet and tally them with the allotted pages. Any error in the number of pages of the answer sheet should be informed to the authorities immediately. Candidates should assemble the answer sheets properly and number them to make it easy for the examiner to understand the sequence of the sheets. 
  10. Last and the most important point is that the candidate needs to hand over the answer sheets to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.

The Goa Board HSSC Admit Card or Hall ticket is issued by the Education Board of Goa and is very essential for the exam. It is issued by the Board and released on the official website before the examination. All the important details of the student like the name, roll number, date of examination, etc will be there on the admit card. The students will receive it from their respective schools at the declared time and date.
