What are the steps to fill the CISCE Board 12th Registration Form?

The students who are appearing in the ISC Exams should note that they cannot register themselves on their own for the exams, Instead, the School Authorities are bound to submit it on behalf of their eligible students. All the affiliated schools can fill the form by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: The first step is to visit the official website of CISCE. The website is https://www.cisce.org/

Step 2: Now, find the Registration Link and Click on “Login to CISCE Portal” or Type this link in your browser https://careers.cisce.org/common/web, you will be directed to Login Window.

Step 2: This login can be done by either Principal or Staff. Type your user name and password. Click on Login Button.

Step 3: The website will direct you to Careers Home Page. Then Click on E-Registration Link to open the registration page.

Step 4: On the Registration landing page, you will see a drop-down menu under ISC, tab on the registration menu. Now you will redirect to the CISCE Board Class 12th Registration Form activation menu.

Step 5: At the bottom of the ISC Registration Activation Screen, you will see two radio buttons against the questions and click on the Yes button, and after that click on the finish button at the bottom of the right screen. 

The page will direct you to the Registration Instructions. You are required to go through all the instructions carefully before registering.

Step 6: After reading the instructions, click on the checkbox against “I have read and understood the above instructions”. Now, Click on the “Proceed” button.

Step 7: Schools have to follow the following steps for registering their new candidates:

A dialog box will appear asking for the below-mentioned details of the student:

• Upload the Passport Size Colored Photograph (with white background) of the student in School Uniform.
• Upload the scanned copy of the Student’s Signature.
• If there are any comments, Enter in “Principle Test Box”.
• At the bottom right side of the page, there are three options available i.e. Save, Save and Continue, Submit to Principal. 
  • After mentioning all the details and uploading all the mandatory documents, if you click on the Save button, the data will be saved in the database system, a confirmation notification will be shown on the top of the computer screen and this document is ready for Student Review.
  • If you click on the Save and Continue button, the data will be saved in the database system and the page will be ready for Student review. 
  • And after entering all the details, uploading all the mandatory documents, If you click on Submit to Principal Option, the data will be saved in the database system and the screen will now be ready for Principal Review.

Step 8: Once again verify all the details you have filled in and then click on the “Save and Submit button”.

Steps For Re-Registering ISC Board 12th Registration Form 2024:

Re-registering a Candidate Using the Search Function:

Using the search function, students are allowed to search for Class IX caught from their own school, as well as withdrawn students from any CISCE affiliated school, using either unique ID or Registration Number. Follow the given steps to search and add candidates to the list of candidates for ISC Board Exam Registration:

Step 1: Tab on the Search and Add Button to the right side of the top of the Candidate Details Screen (it will highlight in red color)

Step 2: Next, click on the down arrow at the extreme right of the top band. It shows the available option for search criteria namely as Unique ID and Registration Number.

Step 3: Type either the Unique ID or Registration Number of the candidates in the given field and hit on the search option. All the basic information will be shown below.

Step 4: Now, click on the Proceed button which is accessible from the bottom right of the screen. Since the previously entered data shown on the computer screen belongs to candidates who had already registered and are being re-registered, in most cases data will not be editable. The area where editing is possible such as choice of Subjects. In any case that the photo and signature were not uploaded at the time of previous registration then now you can add photos and signatures

Step 5: You can make the required changes and hit on the Save button. All changes are saved in the database system and the page will be ready for the Candidate Review. You can also re-visit the page later and make further changes if required.

Step 6: After making changes, hit on the Submit to the Principal button. All the changes will be saved in the database system, and now the screen is ready for Principal Review. The staff user will not be able to make any variation in the data after submitting the form to the principal.

CISCE Board 12th Registration Form Fee Payment:

Once all the students are registered, the next step is to pay the Registration Fee to CISCE. 

The fee has to be paid for all the students except those who have “withdrawn” or who are “detained”. 

It can be paid through an online mode using the CAREERS Portal of CISCE. The payment to CISCE can be made using Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

For paying the fee, the following steps need to be carried out:

Step 1: Firstly, visit the Payment Due Row on the CISCE Board Class 12th Registration Form 2024 Summary Screen.

Step 2: If you want to see the list of all candidates for whom you are paying the fees and want to make payment only for those selected candidates from the list, click on the View All button.

Step 3: If you want to make payment directly for all the students, Click on Pay All Button. 

Once the payment transaction is completed, you will be redirected back to the CAREERS Portal and an Acknowledgement of the same will be provided to you with all the Transaction Details.

Important Points to Note while filing ISC Board 12th Registration Form

• All the mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk (*) mark.
• The candidates who are permitted for Second Language Exemption must upload scanned copies of their supporting documents as prescribed in the form.
• Scanned copies of supporting documents must be uploaded if a Guardian's name is proposed.
• In Group I, Subjects 01 and Subject 50 are compulsory subjects that are already selected as default.
• The candidates can select a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 subjects from Group 1 apart from the default or compulsory subjects.
• The candidates can select a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 subjects from Group 2.
• The candidates can select only 1 subject from Group 3.
• If the candidate has selected “Art” as the Subject in Group 3, an additional dialog box will appear with 4 more papers, out of which the candidates must choose two subjects.
• Students who are permitted Second Language Exemption just need to study the two default subjects from Group 1 and other subjects in Group I will be disabled.

Registration For Rechecking Steps ISC 12th Class:

The candidate should visit the Council’s website (www.cisce.org) to access the recheck link. Candidates can reach the instruction screen by clicking on the Apply Recheck option. Here the user will be briefed with the steps and details of the Recheck Module. By clicking on the Register button, candidates can register themselves with the council by requesting rechecking. After the successful registration, an activation link will be sent to the user in the registered email address for activating the user account.
