M.Tech Course Duration:

As already discussed, the course duration of a Master of Technology (M.Tech Course) course is 2 years as per AICTE rules and regulations. An M.Tech degree with less than 2 years will not be considered valid in India.

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

  • The candidate must have completed his/her graduate in B.E/B.Tech from a UGC & AICTE approved college/university.

Admission to the M.Tech program is based either on the entrance examination score or merit marks obtained by the candidate in the graduation examinations.
