MPT Course and Master of Physiotherapy is a PG degree program in the field of Physical therapy. The academic program is two years long. MPT stands for Masters in Physiotherapy along with the duration of at least two years. If you want to know about the Age limit, there is no such for anyone. The minimum and aggregate percentages are at least 50% with Bachelor’s Degree. On an average fee for MPT Course is up to INR 6,000: 1.5 L per annum. As there are similar options to study and those are basically two subjects like DPT and BPT with the average salary package of INR 3.45 L per annum. The Employment roles of BPT Courses are what we seek to see ourselves in coming years if we have completed a BPT Course with time duration and those courses consists of an authorized designations such as Physiotherapist, Chief Physiotherapist, Senior Executive Assistant, Assistant Manager - Customer Service, Therapy Manager, Researcher, Research Assistant, Lecturer etc.
Minimum educational qualifications required to be completed BPT Course from a recognized College or any University. Those having Indian nationality shall apply under the General category. Foreign nationals or Non- Resident Indians or Indian nationals supported by NRI relatives can apply under the Foreign/ NRI Category as well. As a minimum criterion of eligibility, candidates aspiring for the course needs to be qualified in BPT from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of at least 50%. Additionally, they are needed to complete a complete 1- year compulsory rotating internship. Aspirants are needed to have the Bachelor of Physiotherapy qualification in a full time, on-campus. Completing the MPT course from an institution is recognized by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists. Candidates are currently pursuing their BPT internships and also eligible to apply, but their admission to the program is the subject of the timely completion of an internship.
