  • Applicants with graduation in Economics and statistics, BBS, BBE, etc. can also apply for M.com honors. However, not every college accepts these graduation courses.
  • Candidates which belong to reserved categories can get a relaxation of 5% in marks.
  • If the university asks for marks in an entrance exam, candidates should have sufficient marks in the entrance exam. Otherwise, they will not be considered as eligible candidates.

M.Com (Hons.) Course Duration and Fees:

The duration of an honors program is generally one year more than the general program. But in the case of M.com (Hons.) course, it is similar to the general program. M.com (Hons.) course duration is 2 years and each year is composed of two semesters. So, there are 4 semesters in this course. You need to qualify each semester separately.

M.com (Hons.) course admission procedure begins from the month of July. At the time of admission the university enrolls your name for the M.com (Hons.) course. Different universities have different rules regarding the admission in the M.com course. The disparity is based on the minimum requirement for taking admission. There are two modes of admission : Direct mode and Entrance exam mode.

Direct mode:

In this mode of admission, the admission is based on merit based. Students who have scored good marks in the graduation course will be shortlisted for M.com (Hons.) course admission. The minimum eligibility is the same as mentioned above. The institution gives you an application and you need to submit it by filling the necessary details. If the institution has a website, you can also submit the form online.

  • Click on the submit button and pay the fees.
  • After paying the fees you will receive a confirmation page.

Entrance exam:

Another option to take admission in the best colleges is through the entrance exam. The top institutions which provide M.com (Hons.) course ask for an entrance exam score. A valid score in the entrance exam will ensure your eligibility for the course. So, you can apply for an entrance exam to get M.com (Hons.) course admission in a reputed college.
