MBA Course Eligibility Criteria 

The Eligibility criteria might slightly vary from one college to another. But the basic eligibility requirements for MBA Admission course which is demanded by most Colleges are as follows:

  • The candidate seeking admission must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline obtained from a recognized university.
  • The candidate must score a minimum of 50% marks at the graduation level but some renowned colleges like IITs and IIMs ask for a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in graduation as a minimum eligibility requirement. A relaxation of 5% will be provided to the candidates belonging to the reserved category. The minimum percentage required in graduation courses may vary from college to college.
  • The candidates who are appearing in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply for admission. Such candidates have to present documented proof of completion of graduation within the time specified by the college/university.
  • Some well-known colleges like XLRI Jamshedpur, ISB Hyderabad, and IIM colleges ask for at least 2 years of relevant work experience along with a valid entrance exam score.
