Eligibility Criteria for Graduation in Law Courses:-

Mentioned below are the Eligibility Criteria of Law Courses after 12th commerce and Graduation. GO through it below applying:-

  • Law courses after the 12th can be done for a duration of 5 years and 3 years.
  • To do the 5-years law course, it is mandatory for the applicant to complete his/her 10+2 education from any stream of study with an aggregate percentage of at least 50%.
  • To pursue the 3-years law course, the applicant must have finished his/her 10+2 education followed by a graduate degree or an equivalent one.
  • Applicants who want to apply for the LLB (3 years) course, need to be graduates from any recognized university. On the other hand, to get admission to the  LLM course candidates need to possess an LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized university.

Admission process for Graduation in Law:

The Admission process in Law courses after 12th/ Graduation is followed by the CLAT 2022 (Common Law Admission Test). Students who want to get admission to the National Law Universities (NLUs) and a variety of other institutions are required to qualify for the CLAT Exam. After qualifying for this test, students are admitted to Integrated L.L.B and L.L.M courses.

PG Law Courses Fees:

Diploma and Certificate Law Courses Fees:

The diploma and certificate law courses are considered as the shorter courses as compared to full-time UG and PG law courses. Therefore the fees for the diploma and certificate law courses range anywhere between Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 2 lakhs.
