SIEET is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education and is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (for degree courses), and Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board, Dharamshala (for Diploma courses).
