Arni University is one of the top-rated Universities of Himachal Pradesh and is approved by the University Grants Commission and Government of Himachal Pradesh. Arni University was established in 2009 with the objective to promote higher education in the remote areas of Himachal Pradesh and J&K.

The University has a pollution-free campus and is located amidst the green surroundings of Himachal Pradesh. The campus is at the foothills of the Dhauladhar range, overlooking the Beas river and close to Pathankot city.

The main mission of the Institute is to deliver high-quality educational programs among the students with special emphasis on scientific learning and research abilities. The infrastructure of Arni University:

Arni University has a state of art 120 acres campus overlooking the Beas river and having a view of the Dhauladhar mountain range. The campus is hi-tech with wifi connectivity available in all the buildings of the campus.

Hostels:

Arni University campus has separate accommodation facilities for both boys and girls. The rooms are available on a triple sharing basis and are well furnished. The hostels have all the modern amenities like wi-fi connectivity, clean and airy rooms, well-maintained washrooms. The hostels can accommodate a total of 700 students. Arni University has special security arrangements for the girl's hostels.

The University has separate dining halls for male and female students. The menu is curated by the mess Committee which consists of the students and the Hostel wardens.

Library:

Arni University library is fully air-conditioned and contains about 28,000 books on different subjects. The library also has National and International journals and e-books in different streams of Engineering, Management, Arts, Science, and Commerce.

Transport:

Arni University has a fleet of buses that picks up and drops the students at convenient points of the nearby areas. The bus fees must be paid in advance and are nonrefundable.

Sports:

Along with academic development, Arni University lays special emphasis on the fitness of the students. The University has outdoor grounds for different types of sports like football, basketball, volleyball, hockey, lawn tennis, badminton, Kho kho. The University Gymnasium is modernized and has all the fitness equipment and can be used by all the students of the University. Arni University has well-experienced sports instructors to help the students achieve their sports and fitness goals.

Cafeteria:

The Arni University Cafeteria is a popular place for the students to celebrate their special occasions and also catch up with friends. The cafeteria serves all kinds of meals, snacks, and light beverages.

Medical facility:

Arni University has a Medical room with 10 beds and a trained Medical officer to attend the sick students. The University also has tie-ups with the local Civil Hospital. Besides this, there are first aid boxes in all the hostels and buses to address the emergency requirements of the students.
