Criteria for a caste-based scholarship In GHEC Solan:

• This category of scholarship falls under the post-matric scholarship scheme. SC students whose family income is less than INR 2.50 Lacs per annum can reimburse tuition fees, games fees, library fees, magazine fees, medical fees,s, and union fees.

Criteria for the financially backward students:

• This category of scholarship is meant for the students whose family income is less than INR 2.50 Lacs per annum will get a waiver on the tuition fees. A total of 5% of the student intake is from economically weak families and these candidates are given a waiver on the tuition fees.
