UP ITI Registration Form 2024

UP ITI Registration Form 2024: UP ITI Registration Form 2024 will be available on the official website of the governing board i.e State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT). The candidates can visit the SCVT’s official web portal and apply for the UP ITI Exam. The concerned officials will release the official notification regarding all the important dates on their website under the head “Admission”.

The last date to fill out the UP ITI Admission Form is 07th September 2024 (Till midnight). To fill out the Uttar Pradesh ITI Application Form, candidates need to pass their Class 8th/10th or appear for Class 10th in the year 2024 from a recognized board or university.

UP ITI Exam is conducted by the State Council for Vocational Training to enroll candidates in Government Industrial Training Institutes so that they can learn some employable skills and get good employment opportunities.

How to Fill UP ITI Application Form 2024:

The complete process of filling out the UP ITI Admission Form 2024 is available on the website of SCVT. Once the candidate is done with filling out the form, he/she needs to pay the UP ITI Application Fee online through the payment gateway of either State Bank of India by clicking on the “Proceed For Payment” Button. Once the candidate has successfully paid the UP ITI Application Fee, he/she can take the printout of the filled form.

It is advised to all the candidates that they should fill out the online application form carefully because, in case of any mistake in the application form, the UP ITI Registration Form 2024 may be rejected by the concerned authority. Even after you get admission if the concerned authority finds any false information in your application form, your admission stands canceled immediately.

The candidates should note that the online application form is only to be filled in Capital Letters and wherever the names are asked in Hindi, the candidate needs to write in Hindi Only. For this purpose, an online keyboard is given on the portal.

Information to be filled in UP ITI Registration Form 2024:

The candidate to fill the UP ITI Admission Form 2024 has to enter the following information in the Application Form:

• Name of the Applicant
• Father’s Name 
• Mother’s Name 
• Spouse Name
• Gender 
• Date of Birth 
• Category: Unreserved Class/ SC/ST/OBC
• Sub Category: Dependents of Freedom Fighters/ Serving or dependents of Ex-servicemen, Physically handicapped (disabled). The candidate needs to fill this head if applicable only.
• Disability Type: If the candidate is physically disabled, he/she needs to select the type of disability. Do not tick anything if not applicable.
• Minority Category: Only fill, if applicable.
• Aadhaar Card Number 
• Mobile Number 
• E-Mail ID
• Domicile: If the candidate is a native of UP, select “Uttar Pradesh” otherwise select “Other”.

If the candidate is filling the UP ITI Application Form 2024 for government institutes:

The candidates who are applying for private/state institutions, need to fill in the following details:

1. Permanent Address and Correspondence
2. Educational Qualification
3. Name of Previous ITI and Previous ITI Trade-Fill only if applicable.
4. Priority State ITI and Priority Private ITI
5. 1) Photograph of the Candidate: Candidates need to upload their latest colored or scanned photo in .webp, .jpeg file format, and size should not exceed 50 KB. 

  2) Signature of the Candidate: The candidate should upload his/her signature in .webp or .jpeg format only whose size should not go beyond 50 KB.

(1) Applied Course Group: The given procedure is for government institutions-

Group A (If Candidates want admission in the trades available in Group A, then Select Group A, And Choose)	Group B (If Candidates want admission in the trades available in Group B, then Select Group B And Choose)	Group A and Group B

Procedure to fill UP ITI Application Form 2024:

The candidate can only change the selected institution or trade till submitting the online application form, once it is submitted, no modification can be done in the same. 

Step 1: The candidate has to open the official website of SCVT i.e. https://www.scvtup.in to apply online. There will be a link on the website “Online Submission of Application for Admission for Session 2024 for Government/Private ITI”.

Step 2: On clicking the link, the candidate will be given a form in which he/she will be asked to fill in his name, father’s name, mother’s name, class, and mobile number, and then click on the “SEND OTP” Button. 

Step 3: Immediately the candidate will receive an OTP which the candidate needs to enter in the relevant box and then click on the “Verify & Proceed” Button. 

Step 4: After the candidate has verified the OTP, A page will appear namely “To apply for admission in the state or private or state or private ITIs in session 2024, Please select any of the following options, and after completing the further process, take a printout of the filled online application form.”:

• Government
• Private
• Government and Private
• After filling in all the details in the application, check it once thoroughly in the “Preview mode”, then click on the Submit Button.

General Instructions for Candidates related to UP ITI:

• Every procedure related to Admission in UP ITIs will be completed from 29th September 2024 to 8th October 2024 for the academic session 2024.
• At the time of admission, the candidate has to produce the following duly verified documents:
  • Original Copy and Certified Photocopy of Mark Sheet, Certificate, Caste Certificate, Proof of Residence, T.C., and Aadhaar Card.
  • 3 latest passport-size coloured photographs.
  • Selection Letter and Copy of UP ITI Application form filled by the candidate.
  • Declaration Letter in a pre-defined format.
  • Students who have passed Class VII have to produce their mark sheets and t.c. If there is a case of doubt, the mark sheet and t.c. should be signed by DIOS/DBSA.
  • The candidates who have filled UP ITI Application form in the Priority Quota (Dependents of Free Fighter, State Level Sports Persons, PWDs, and Dependent of Soldiers)
• The candidates need to deposit INR 100 as Caution Money and INR 240 as Training Fee (INR 40 per month). Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Category do not have to pay any fees.

Note: If the concerned authority finds that any candidate has provided false or bogus documents during the UP ITI Admission Process, strict action will be taken against that applicant and his/her candidature will stand canceled immediately.
