• Log in to the official website by using the Registration number and your date of birth and fill in the captcha code.
• Fill up the following details of the Application form

  • Religion 
  • Gender
  • Whether you belong to ExServiceman/Domicile/PWD/Government employee/ J&K Resident/ Government employee categories.
• Upload your photograph in JPEG format and submit your signature in black ink over any white surface.

Important Facts of the RRB NTPC Registration Form:

• Candidates must check the eligibility requirement for the post that they want to apply for. In case the eligibility requirement is not fulfilled, the Registration Form will be automatically rejected.
• Candidates must fill in all the details mentioned in the Application Form. Incomplete Registration Forms will be automatically rejected by the RRB authorities.
• Candidates can correct the following details in the Application Form by paying a fee of INR 100 after the final submission:

• Candidates who belong to other categories ( SC/ST/ PwD/OBC or others ) must pay a fee of INR 250
• The Application fee can be refunded by the candidate if they appear in the 1st stage of the Computer Based Exam.
