APS TGT/PGT/PRT Application Form 2025:

All the candidates who have the relevant qualification and certificates need to apply online for APS TGT/PGT/PRT Exam 2025.

For filling the APS TGT/PGT/PRT Registration Form 2025, the candidates have to visit the official website of the exam conducting authority i.e. Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). Their official website is https://www.awesindia.com/. 

The candidates will be allowed to register from 01st October 2025 to November 2025. After the prescribed date, the registration portal will be closed and if any candidate submits an application thereafter, it will not be considered.

There is an exam fee for filing the APS PRT Registration Form. All the interested and eligible candidates have to pay a fee of INR 500 for filling the APS TGT/PGT/PRT Application Form. 

All the candidates should note that the Application Fee once paid will not be refunded by the concerned authority, in any case, i.e. this fee is of non-refundable nature.

Steps by step procedure to fill the APS TGT/PGT/PRT Application Form:

Filling the APS TGT/PGT/PRT Application Form is very easy provided the candidates have all the documents ready beforehand with them so that they can fill the form in just one go. 

All the candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps to fill their APS TGT/PGT/PRT Application Form 2020:

Step 1: The first step is to visit the Registration Portal of Army Public Schools. Their official portal is https://aps-csb.in/College/Index_New.aspx.

Step 2: The next step is to click on “New User” and the candidate needs to get him/her registered. 

Step 3: Now the registration form will open and the candidate has to fill in the personal details.

Step 4: Then, the candidate will be asked to pay the registration fee online. The candidates can pay the fees using Debit Card/Credit card/Net Banking. All the candidates have to pay using the payment gateway which will guide them through the payment process.

Step 5: Once the candidates pay the fees successfully, they will be asked to submit their Photographs, Signature, Proof of Date of Birth, and Certificates of Academic Qualification.

Step 6: After submitting all the documents, the registration process of the candidate is completed. Confirmation for the same will be sent to the respective candidate through Email and SMS.    

Important Note for the Candidates:

• Once the candidate has filled the APS TGT/PGT/PRT Application Form, the concerned authority provides a “Help Line” service to all the candidates. If the candidates face any issue from the time of registration to the conduct of the exam, they can seek help from the authority using this Help Line.
