APTET Exam Result 2023:

The candidates who are applying for the APTET Exam can check the APTET Exam report card 2023 that is published on the official website i.e., https://cse.ap.gov.in/  according to the data released by the department of school education, the government of Andhra Pradesh. There are very simple steps involved for checking the results, which the candidates can refer to. 

Check the Results of The APTET Exam 2023:

  • Go to the official website of the APTET Exam and try to locate the ‘’Andhra Pradesh TET Result’’ Link from the homepage. 
  • Click on the available link and proceed. 
  • After performing the respective step, enter the important credentials like the date of birth, hall ticket number/ application number, etc., click on the ‘’get results’’ option for opening the result in the pdf format.  
  • Check and verify the details available on the admit card and download it further and take a print for future reference. 

Minimum Qualifying Marks for APTET Exam 2023:

The department of school education has determined certain qualifying criteria and relaxations that differ with respect to the categories. The candidates coming under the OC Category are required to score a minimum of 60% marks to qualify for the exam. The candidates coming under BC Category are required to have scored the minimum marks of 50% in the respective exam. Those candidates who fall in the category of SC, ST, Person with disability, etc. are required to have scored at least 40% in the exam. 

APTET Scores in the Selection Process:

There is a weightage of 20% weightage provided to the APTET scores in the teacher recruitment process. Whereas 80% of weightage is given to the written test during the process of teacher recruitment. The selection process is ensured according to the result of these two tests respectively. Therefore, the selection process for recruiting the teachers does not solely depend on the APTET scores as it is not the only criteria for the appointment of teachers. 

Exemption from passing the APTET Exam:

There is a very substantial significance of the APTE Exam that allows certain opportunities to the candidates in order to get relevant options or gain employment as teachers in primary and upper primary schools. It is vital to abide by the important instructions regulations and instructions regarding the exam. 

There are few candidates who can be exempted from appearing in the APTET Exam 2023. Those teachers who were appointed by the recruitment rules of the competent authority of government/ local authority, which were prevalent before NCTE notification on 23.08.2010 are exempted from the exam. But the teachers who work in private schools and who are not appointed by the competent authority are not exempted from the exam and can appear in the APTET Exam.

Category for Incentive Marks For Physical Education candidates

The incentive marks ( 30 marks) that are given to the physical education candidates in Paper-II (B) are awarded based on the 3 categories. These categories are given below. 

Award of 30 marks

  • All India inter-university medal winners.
  • International level participation representing India
  • All India federation cup medal winners
  • National level medal winners
  • National School games medal winners

Award of 25 marks

  • South Zone Inter University participation and medal winners
  • National participation representing Andhra Pradesh state
  • South zonal Interstate participation & medal winners
  • All India Inter-University Participation
  • National school games participation

Award of 20 marks

  • State-level School games medal winners (Gold, silver, bronze, etc.)
  • State Level medal winners (Interdistrict)

There are several games that provide a substantial contribution to incentive marks. Some of these games are badminton, Baseball, Ball badminton, Athletics, bodybuilding Chess, archery, Cycling, Boxing, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Golf, kabaddi, kho kho, Squash, Throwball, Rugby, Shooting, Wrestling, Table tennis, etc.

There are many other games that can help the students in acquiring the incentive marks, the respective list of games is available on the official website for APTET Exam, which can help the candidates in taking the reference. 

APTET 2023 Certificate and Validity:

The certificate of the APTET Exam is issued in digital format to the candidates by the joint director, TET, and member convener, Andhra Pradesh. The respective information present on the certificates consists of the details regarding the name, registration number of the candidate, address, marks obtained in each subject, month/ year in which the certificate is awarded, etc.

There will be an adequate amount of security features subjected to the certificate which is electronically generated in order to avoid any malpractice or other such disturbances. Given below is the list of the important details/ contents that are present in the certificate issued. 

  • Name of the candidate
  • Address of the candidate
  • Month or year in which the certificate is awarded 
  • Registration number
  • The class level and its validity ( Cass I to V and Class VI to VIII or both)
  • For Class VI to VIIIth, it is Subject Area ( Mathematics, Science, Social Science, etc.)
  • Marks secured by the candidate

A certificate issued by the Joint Director, Andhra Pradesh is valid for 7 years from the date of the commencement of the exam.
