The results of the class 10th Board exams of Puducherry will be released on the official website of the Directorate of Education, the Government of Puducherry. Students who have appeared for the 10th exam can directly download the result from the website. The Puducherry Board 10th mark sheet will be available to the students from their respective schools, a few days after the exams.
Students can download the results directly from the official website by entering their name, registration number, and examination roll number. The Puducherry Board 10th result 2024 is usually released in May every year.
The results will give the students an insight into the marks obtained by them in different subjects and their overall percentage in the exams.

The Puducherry Board 10th subject-wise mark sheet will be released by the exam authorities and will be available to the candidates from their respective schools. The 10th Puducherry Board exams will give an insight to the candidate of whether they will get admission to the senior secondary classes in their desired subjects.
The Directorate of Education, Puducherry mentions a few criteria that are necessary for the students to qualify for the exams. The students must get the mandatory qualifying marks in each subject to clear the 10th Board exams of Puducherry.

From the above table, it is clear that the minimum marks required by the candidates to pass each subject are 35 out of 100. For subjects that have practical exams like Science, the marks distribution is done on the theory and the practical papers.
The theory paper consists of 75 marks and the practical paper consists of 25 marks. For qualifying for the exams the candidate has to get 20 marks out of 75 on the theory paper and 15 out of 25 marks on the practical paper. Marks obtained by the students in the optional papers are not essential for qualifying for the exam.
Along with the mark distribution, it is also necessary for the candidates to maintain the compulsory attendance structure in the school to qualify for the exams. The student must have a mandatory attendance of 20% in the schools to pass the exams.
Many students cannot qualify for the Puducherry Board 10th Results on the first attempt. Those students can appear for Supplementary exams that are organized by the Education Board. Candidates appearing for the supplementary exams must fill up the Application Form on the official website and submit the required fee.
The supplementary exam results are released on the official website of the Directorate of Education, Puducherry. After the Puducherry Board results for the 10th exams have been declared all the students may not be satisfied with the marks obtained by them. These candidates may apply for revaluation or re-totaling of the marks obtained in the exams.
For the revaluation of the marks, the candidates need to fill up a revaluation form and submit the required fee. The Revaluation application must be submitted to the Directorate of Education, Puducherry before the declared date. The Board will recheck the candidate’s mark sheet once again and send the revised result to the student.
