UPTET Exam Pattern 2025

UPTET Exam Pattern: UPTET (Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test) is conducted at the state level to recruit eligible candidates. These applicants are hired for the posts of teachers at the primary and upper primary levels in the Government schools of Uttar Pradesh. The UPTET Exam is expected to be conducted in 2025 for aspiring teachers in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Below you can see the UPTET Paper Pattern 2025. For the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Exams, there will be several candidates who will apply for this exam. Though the competition is tough, candidates will try their level best to qualify for this UPTET Exam 2025. Also, this examination is having 2 levels that are Primary teacher (Level- 1) and Upper Primary Level Teacher (Level- 2). The recruitment is based on the eligibility criteria i.e., qualification eligibility and age limit criteria.

The UPTET Pattern 2025 will help the candidates to solve it within the given time and there will be several sample papers given on the official website. This could help candidates to qualify for the examination while solving the sample papers before appearing for the test. The UPTET Pattern 2025 is as follows:

This exam is an offline mode or pen and paper-based (written) test.
The exam will be written in Multiple Choice Type Questions (MCQs) or Objective type questions.
There will be a total number of 150 objective-type questions.
Also, there will be 1 mark for each question.
The duration of the Uttar Pradesh TET Exam will be 2:30 hours.
Authority: UPTET Exam Pattern will be released by the UPBEB (Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board) with details regarding the number of questions, UPTET Exam Syllabus, and mark distribution.
No. of Papers: There will be two papers for the UPTET 2025. Paper 1 for candidates applying for the position of primary level teachers (class 1 to class 5) and Paper 2 for candidates applying for the position of upper primary level teachers (class 6 to class 8).
Position: Any candidate who is applying for both the job positions should sit for both papers.
Mode of examination: The UPTET Exam is conducted in offline mode (pen-paper-based).

UPTET 2025 Exam Pattern:

Before going through the exam preparation, candidates should know the exact UPTET Exam Pattern. The UPTET paper will be conducted in Offline mode (Pen-Paper Based). The exam will comprise two papers. Both papers will be of objective type. The time duration of the exam is only 150 minutes. Aspirants have to attempt all 150 questions in 150 minutes (2 and 1/2 hours). One mark is assigned to each question and there will be no negative marking in the papers.
