TSTET Exam Pattern

TS TET Exam Pattern 2024:

The TS TET Exam Pattern 2024 for the two papers that are conducted in the entrance exam. Paper-I is for the candidates that are hoping to be qualified teachers for classes I to V. The second paper, that is Paper-II is for candidates wishing to be qualified teachers for classes VI-VIII. The candidates who wish to be qualified teachers for classes I till VIII need to appear for both papers.

According to the TS TET Exam Pattern 2024, the minimum marks required by the candidates to qualify for the TSTET Exam 2024 are according to the categories. They are mentioned below.

The TS TET Exam Pattern includes two languages that the candidate must learn. English and the Language I option chosen by candidates. If students have chosen Sanskrit as Language-I, then the paper will be conducted in Telugu and Sanskrit language.

Telangana TET Exam Pattern 2024 for Paper-I

The exam for TS TET contains 150 multiple choice questions that need to be answered by the candidate. The time duration of the paper is 2 hours and 30 minutes. 

The marking weightage for each topic is provided below.

Language I:

The TS TET Exam Pattern for the Paper contains the following language choices. 

  • Telugu

  • Hindi
  • Kannada
  • Marathi
  • Tamil
  • Gujarathi
  • Bengal

Candidates need to choose one of the languages from the list above. They must choose a language that they have studied till class X or that they must have studied the language as a medium of study in school. 

TS TET Exam Pattern 2024 Paper II:

The TS TET Exam Pattern for Paper II is very similar to the TS TET Exam paper I. Paper-II also contains 150 multiple choice questions and they need to complete the paper in the allotted time of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
