SSC JE 2019 exam result

SSC JE 2019 Result:

The SSC JE 2019 Results for Paper 1 exam released on 18th April 2018. Students have to clear both the exam to get selected. After clearing the First stage, Paper 2 is conducted. There is no interview for SSC JE exam, so the combined score obtained in the SSC JE Paper 1 and Paper 2 is the deciding factor for the final result. The whole exam process and publication of final results take about 8 to 9 months. Every year, the result is usually released in the month of October/April. Usually, the Commission releases the results a few days before then its scheduled dates.

How to Check SSC JE Result?

Candidates can check their SSC JE 2019 by following the below-mentioned steps:

  • Visit the official website of SSC
  • Click on SSC JE 2019 final result link
  • PDF file of SSC JE Result will open
  • To check whether the candidate has qualified or not, Press Ctrl+F and enter your name or roll number
  • If your name or roll number will be present in the pdf file, it will be highlighted otherwise your name will not.
Resolution of Tie cases:

In a case where more than one candidates have secured the equal aggregate marks, the tie has been resolved by applying the following methods one after another in the order given below:

(i) Total marks in Paper-II.

(ii) Total marks in Paper-I.

(iii) Date of birth, with the older candidate, placed higher.

(iv) Alphabetical order in the first names of the applicants displayed.

Note - In case there are some candidates in the Select List whose candidatures have been kept as provisional by the concerned Regional Offices.

SSC JE 2019 Selection Process

SSC JE exam is conducted to recruit candidates eligible for various Junior Engineer posts and vacancies. The Recruitment Process takes place after the declaration of Results. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their scores obtained in both the Paper 1 & 2.

Candidates who successfully qualify the SSC JE Exam will be eligible for participating in Recruitment Process and shall be on probation for a period of 2-years. During the probation period, candidates are required to undergo such training or pass such examinations as prescribed by the Controlling Authority.
