• While filling the NEET UG Application Form 2024, you need to mention your contact details. These details are your contact number, email ID, etc. The exam conducting authority requires these details to contact you and send you NEET-UG 2024 Exam Notification regarding the exam. So, you should provide valid and active contact details. Also, at the time of registration, your account will be activated when you fill in the correct OTP.

• Candidates need to retain some documents for future reference. These documents include a printout of the confirmation page of the online application, proof of fee paid. Also, they need to keep the admit card of the exam until admission in a medical course.

• It is advised that the candidates should apply for the NEET UG Exam 2024 well before the last date. This is to avoid the last-minute rush on the website. Also, due to this heavy traffic, the server may not function properly. If you pay the fee and the payment is canceled due to some reason, the application is not considered complete. Fill out NEET-UG Registration Form 2024:

The application form consists of various steps. A candidate needs to complete all these steps to submit the NEET UG Application Form successfully. These steps are as follow:

NEET-UG:  Online Application form

This is the first step to fill the NEET UG Form 2024. In this step fill all the required details like your personal details, qualification details, contact details, etc. The details you mention while filling the NEET UG registration form 2024 will appear in the admit card. Also, these details will appear in the result. After filling the form note down the application number. This number will be required to log in again.

NEET-UG:  Upload required documents:

NEET-UG Fees 2024
