Details of KSET Exam pattern for Paper I and Paper II
Paper I
- The KSET Exam Paper I will consist of 50 compulsory questions.
- All the questions are objective types with multiple choice answers.
- The total time duration of Paper I is 1 hour.
- Each question will carry 2 marks.
- There will be no negative marking for KSET Paper I.
- The questions of Paper I will be based on Teaching Aptitude, Research Aptitude, General awareness, Reasoning ability. Divergent thinking and Reading Comprehension.
Paper II
- There are a total of 41 subjects in Paper II of which the candidates can choose their preferred subject.
- KSET Paper II will consist of subject-wise questions based on the subject chosen by the student while filling the application form.
- There are a total of 100 compulsory questions in KSET Paper II.
- All the questions are objective types with multiple choice answers.
- The question will be set in English or Kannada/English and Kannada based on the subject codes.
