IBPS PO Cutoff: Prelims

The IBPS PO Prelims exams were conducted on 12 and 19 October 2024 in the different public sectors across the country. Around 4300 candidates were qualified for the recruitment of Probationary Officers. IBPS PO Cutoff: Mains

IBPS has released the cutoff for the mains exam on 9 January 2024. The selection of candidates is done on the basis of marks scored in the final IBPS PO result. The main exam was conducted on 30 November 2024.

IBPS PO Salary 2024:

In most of the public sector, the basic salary of Bank Po is quite the same. The salary revision is done on the basis of the bipartite settlement. S, for IBPS PO 2024, salary will be decided on the basis of the 10th Bipartite Agreement.

Let us discuss the different components of the IBPS PO Salary structure:

IBPS PO Basic Salary: The basic salary of IBPS PO is Rs 23700. The basic salary of IBPS PO after 7 years will be Rs 30,560 and the basic salary of IBPS PO after 7+2 years will be Rs 32,850.

IBPS PO House Rent Allowance (HRA): The house rent allowance varies from the place of posting and it can be 7 % or 8 % or 9 % of the basic salary depending on the type of city you are in.

IBPS PO Dearness Allowance (DA): Dearness Allowance is based on the percentage of the basic salary. Based on All India Consumer Price Index data published by the Ministry of Statistics this is revised every three months.

IBPS PO Special Allowance (SA): Special allowance has been included in the last wage revision for the banks. The special allowance is about 7.75% of the basic salary pay.

IBPS PO City Compensatory Allowance: Based on the type of city this might be 0%, 3%, or 4%.
