UP Vidhan Parishad Registration Form Availability:

  • UP Vidhan Parishad Application Form is available on the official website of Uttar Pradesh  Vidhan Parishad Sachivalaya and it needs to be filled out online only so that the candidate can appear for the UP Vidhan Parishad Exam 2023.
  • The aspirants need to fill in all the details asked by the concerned authority in the UP Vidhan Parishad Application Form very carefully so that there is no discrepancy in the application form. Only the candidates who are fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria laid down by the concerned authority for various posts can apply further for the UP Vidhan Parishad Exam 2023. 
  • In the UP Vidhan Parishad Registration Form, the candidates will have to compulsorily provide the information which is marked with * (asterisk).
  • All the candidates must ensure that they upload their recent colored photograph and signature at the time of filling the UP Legislative Council Application Form. The entire image including the photograph and signature in the format shown below should be of size 3.5cm by 6cm. The size of the scanned image should not exceed 50 Kb. The candidate should also note that the required image should be submitted in .jpeg, .webp, gif, tiff, or .png format.

How to fill the UP Vidhan Parishad Registration Form?

The step by step procedure of filling the UP Vidhan Parishad Application Form is mentioned below:

Step 1: Firstly, the aspirant has to visit the UP Vidhan Parishad Sachivalaya official website https://upvpsrecruitment.org/. A page shown below will open.

Step 2: Now the candidate has to click on the “STEP 1- Apply Online for Pre-Registration” tab as shown in the below image.

Step 3: As soon as the candidate clicks on the above-mentioned link, he/she will be directed to a new window in the name of the Pre-Registration Form. The candidate now has to fill in all the details asked in the form genuinely and correctly.

Step 4: After entering all the information carefully in the UP Vidhan Parishad Application Form, Click on “SUBMIT”. Before clicking on the “Submit” Button, the applicants must check all the details filled by him/her again to avoid any discrepancies. If the candidate finds any error, he/she can correct it by clicking on Edit Button.

Step 5: The next step is to pay the UP Vidhan Parishad Application Fee as laid down category-wise by the concerned authority.

Step 2: Now, the candidate has to click on “Step 2-Exam Fee Payment.

Step 3: As soon as he/she clicks on the above-mentioned link, a new window named State Bank of India (SBI) Collect will open. 

The applicant has to read all the points mentioned on the page. After reading, he/she has to tick the box at the end of the page against “I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above”  and then click on the “Proceed” button.

Step 4: A new page will be opened asking for the candidate’s Registration No. and Date of Birth which he/she has to mention carefully.

The UP Vidhan Parishad Application Fee can be paid using State Bank Collect E-Challan, Internet Banking, and various other Cards. 

Step 5: Now, the candidate can pay the UP Vidhan Parishad Application Fee using any of the preferred payment media. 

Once the candidate has paid the UP Vidhan Parishad Application Fee successfully, the final step is to click on “Proceed for final submission of Application Form”. Once he/she clicks on the above-mentioned link, his/her UP Vidhan Parishad Exam Application Form will be shown on the screen.

Now the candidate has to upload the image of his/her photograph and signature only in the format mentioned above. The candidate can now click on the “Preview” Button to finally check whether the information mentioned above is correct or not. 

Once the applicant is satisfied, he/she needs to click on the “SUBMIT” Button. His/Her UP Vidhan Parishad Exam Application Form has been submitted.

Details to be filled at the time of filling:

In the application form for the UP Vidhan Parishad Exam, the candidates will have to enter the following information: 

  • Post Applied For
  • Full Name of the Candidate
  • Category (Caste)
  • Domicile
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile No.
  • E-mail Id 
  • Photograph & Signature.

Important Guidelines Related to Filing of an Application Form:

  • Only if the candidate has paid the UP Vidhan Parishad Exam Application Fee successfully before the last date of filing the Application Fee, his/her application will be considered. 
  • In no circumstances, the application fee paid by the candidate will be refunded to him/her.
  • It is mandatory for candidates to mention they're correct Mobile No. and E-Mail Id in the UP Vidhan Parishad Exam RegistrationForm, otherwise, their form will not be considered as “Complete”. 
  • The UP Vidhan Parishad Exam Registration Form has to be submitted online only, no other mode of communication will be accepted by the concerned authority.
āœ NOTE: The candidates should note that if they have submitted the UP Vidhan Parishad Exam Registration Form with any wrong information, he/she can submit the Application again, and for that he/she has to pay the Application Fee again.

But the Application Fee paid by the candidate in the first attempt will not be refunded by the concerned authority in any case nor will it be added and considered as fees paid for the second attempt.

And If the candidate has submitted more than 1 application, the application which is submitted at the end will be considered as “Final and Submitted”.
