TN Teacher Exam Overview 2026

The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) has announced the recruitment process of 2,222 vacancies of graduate teachers and block resource teacher educators (BRTE). Interested candidates can register for the Tamil Nadu graduate teacher recruitment process. The application process will start from November 1 till November 30 on its official website: trb.tn.gov.in.

TN TRB: EXAMINATION FEES 

The TN TRB Application Form 2026 will be completed with the payment of the Application Fee through the given mode. The modes for the payment of the TN TRB Application fee are Credit card/ Debit Card/Net banking.

TN TRB: SELECTION PROCESS

The selection of candidates will be done in three stages: 

• A compulsory Tamil Language Eligibility Test 
• Written examination 
• Certificate verification.

Candidates need to score at least 40 percent marks in the written exam to be eligible for a general turn (GT). For candidates belonging to backward classes, it is 30 percent.
