SSC CGL Syllabus 2021:

Knowledge of the SSC CGL Exam Syllabus is very important for the candidates as it will help them to score well in the examinations. SSC CGL Exam consists of 4 phases or Tiers. How to prepare for the SSC CGL Examination?

Candidates preparing for the Combined Graduate Level need to follow a few tips in order to perform well and score well in the exams. Tier I and Tier II of the examination include online tests while Tier III consists of descriptive questions. Tier IV exams are computer-based and include testing the computer proficiency of the candidates

Tips and Tricks to crack the SSC CGL Exam 2021:

  • Solve the scoring questions that include puzzles, coding and decoding and analogy based questions to improve accuracy and manage time.
  • Solve the previous years’ question papers to understand the question pattern and commit less mistakes during the actual exams.
  • Read newspapers regularly and remain up to date with the current affairs to answer the GK questions properly.
  • Study the General awareness section regularly for 2 months before the exams 
  • Engage in weekly/monthly quizzes in general awareness to answer the maximum number of questions in less time.
  • Quantitative aptitude takes the maximum amount of time for practice as it is the toughest part of the syllabus. Practice formulas and learn the concepts properly. Focus on the weak areas more and practice regularly to complete this section within 25 minutes.
  • Practice grammar, comprehension, essays, vocabulary well to understand the question pattern and give correct answers during the examination. Since the questions are repeated year after year, solving sample papers will help the candidate to qualify this section with good scores.
  • The Tier II paper is more difficult than the Tier I paper. For this paper, the candidate has to be thorough with the Higher Secondary syllabus in Finance and Economics to answer the questions correctly.
