• Environmental Science: Water, Agriculture, Diseases, Food, Job, Public Institutes, Energy, Animal Worlds, Plants, First Aid, Solar System, Air, Light, Pedagogy, Science, Learning Science Aims, Scientific Process, Scientific Teaching Characteristics, Evaluation Strategy, Learning Aids, Pedagogic Analysis, Action Research, Evaluation System.

• Child Development and Pedagogy: The notion of development and its relationship to learning, Socialization Process, Individual differences among learners, Nature of Prior Learning, Inclusive Education, Learning and Pedagogy, Cognitive Process and Emotions, Motivation and Learning, Personality and Adjustment.
• Paper II, Malayalam/English: Language Comprehension, Language Development Pedagogy.
• Tamil: Reading Comprehension Prose and Poetry, Pedagogical Aspects of Mother Tongue Education, Language Literature, and Culture.
• Kannada: Reading Comprehension Prose and Poem, Kannada Pedagogical Aspects, Language Literature and Culture.
• Paper III, Arabic/Urdu/Sanskrit: Language Development Pedagogy, Language Comprehension, Grammar, and Verbal Ability.

Syllabus for KTET Classes VIII-X

• Adolescent Psychology, Learning Theories, and Teaching Aptitude: Adolescent Psychology, Learning Theories, and Teaching Aptitude.
• Paper II, Language I (Malayalam/English/Tamil/Kannada): Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, and Communicative Functions.
• Malayalam/English/Arabic/Urdu: Pedagogical Understanding, Content, Concepts & Ideas, Vocabulary, Grammar.
• Pedagogical Understanding, Concepts, and Ideas in Kannada/Hindi/Tamil.
• Physical science: Wave Motion, Light, Force and Pressure, Gravitation, Electricity and Magnetism, Electronics, Motion, and so on are all examples of physical science.
