KTET Registration Form 2024: KTET Registration Form was released by the Board of Kerala Government on the 16th of May 2024. The Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) Registration form correction window is also closed. To complete the registration process candidates have to submit Rs. 500/- as KTET Registration fees while Rs 250/- for the reserved category.

The authority will accept the registration done by the candidates online only. If any candidate has registered themselves through any other mode or through offline mode then their registration will be considered invalid.

How to fill the Kerala TET Application Form 2024:

Here are some steps are given to fill the KTET Registration Form 2024. Go through the steps given below:

Aspirants need to visit the official site of the Kerala Government Education Board (KGEB) @ ktet.kerala.gov.in.
Now, click on the link given for the registration.
After this, click on the “KTET New Registration” link given.
After reading all the instructions click on the “ Click Here to KTET Registration Form” option.
Now, fill in all the important information required-name, Aadhar number, gender, category, qualifications, etc.
Upload your recent and scanned signature and photograph it in the prescribed format.
Finally, click on the save button and submit the Kerala TET Application Form.
Make sure to note down the system-generated application number and application ID.
Once the form is submitted don’t forget to pay the Kerala TET Registration fee.
If necessary, take a printout of the Kerala TET Application Form.

Eligibility Criteria for KTET Registration Form 2024:

KTET Exam Eligibility Criteria is available for all the registered candidates on the official website of Kerela i.e ktet.kerala.gov.in. Kerala State Education Board (KSEB), is going to administer the Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test for February Session 2024 to select the candidates for a different category. The authority is conducting examinations for four different categories i.e Upper Primary, Lower Primary & High school classes, and teachers of different languages across Kerala state.

The exam authority has set different KTET Exam Eligibility Criteria 2024 for each different category. In order to appear for different categories of the KTET 2024 Exam, it is mandatory for the applicants to have complete knowledge of the KTET Exam Eligibility Criteria 2024 for different categories. Kerala TET Primary Teacher Registration Form 2024:

Aspirants are required to fulfill KTET Primary Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria given below:

A candidate must have passed their Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks. Along with this, they must have a certificate of the 2-year Teacher Training Course (TTC) conducted by the Board of Examination, Govt. of Kerala or its equivalent.

A candidate must have passed their Intermediate (10+2). Candidates must also have a certificate of qualifying 2-year diploma in elementary education by NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002.

A candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks or hold an equivalent degree in 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)

A candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks or have a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

Kerala TET Junior Teacher Registration Form 2024:

Aspirants are required to fulfill KTET Junior Teacher Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria given below:

Applicants must have qualified for their B.A/B.Sc/B.Com degree with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks. In addition to it, applicants also must hold a 2-year diploma Elementary Education/Trained Teachers’ Certificate (TTC) conducted by the Board of Examination, Govt. of Kerala or its equivalent.

Applicants must have qualified his/their B.A/B.Sc/B.Com degree with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), by regulations, norms, and procedure of NCTE.

The applicant must hold a Higher Secondary degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and also a degree in 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).

The applicant must have passed his/her Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

Category III - High School Classes (IX-X) Teacher:

Aspirants are required to fulfill Any One of the Eligibility Criteria for KTET given below:

Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in B.A/B.Sc/B.Com with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks and a B.Ed. Degree in the subject from any one of the Universities in Kerala.

Candidate must hold a Master's Degree in An MSc.Ed. with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the subject concerned if applying for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from any of the Regional Institutes of Education sponsored by NCERT.

Candidate must hold a degree of MSc.Ed. in Life Science with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks if applying for Botany and Zoology from any of the Regional Institutes of Education sponsored by NCERT.

Category IV - High School Classes (IX-X) Teacher:

Aspirants are required to fulfill Any One of the Eligibility Criteria for KTET 2024 given below:

A candidate must have an acquired qualification for the posts of Language Teachers of Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit & Urdu (up to Upper Primary level), and Specialist teachers & Physical Education teachers as mentioned in Chapter XXXI of Kerala Education Act and Rules.

Candidates must hold a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in teaching in any of the subjects which are also approved by Universities/NCTE/ Board of Examinations/ Government of Kerala.

Relaxation in Marks:

Candidates belonging to SC/ST category will be given 5% relaxations in the minimum Educational Qualification.
Candidates belonging to the PWD category will be given 10% relaxations in the minimum Educational Qualification.
Candidates belonging to OBC & OEC category will be given 10% relaxations in the minimum Educational Qualification.

Age Limit for KTET Exam:

Applicants who are interested and wish to apply for the KTET Exam 2024 then their age must be 21 years.
