HTET Exam 2019:

The foundation of Board of School Education Haryana was laid down in 1969.  Formerly, it was recognised as the Haryana Board of School Education [HBSE]. It has authorisation for regulating the Haryana TET Examinations at Middle, Matric and Senior Secondary School levels yearly in the Haryana state. Every year, Haryana Board recruit the eligible candidates for various teaching posts through HTET Exam. HTET is an abbreviated form of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test. Haryana TET is a state-level entrance examination administered by the Board of School Education, Haryana, Bhiwani. HTET Exam 2019-20 is organised to assess the candidate's aptitude and ability to meet the growing challenges faced by teachers of teaching in schools like primary, elementary and at senior secondary levels. The entrance test will be conducted according to the guidelines laid down by the National Council for Teacher Education/ Department of School Education, Haryana. This board will start the online application process for HTET 2019 on November 2019. In the third week of December 2019, the HTET Admit Card 2019 will be accessible. Candidates who want to make their career in teaching in the Haryana State can fill the HTET Application Form online. Interested and eligible candidates can go through the official website of the Haryana TET 2019. Before applying for the application form, candidates should read the notification carefully. The Haryana State Government has the right to change or modify the eligibility and qualification criteria. Once the candidates qualified Haryana TET Exam then they will be eligible to teach in the Government School recognised by the Department of School Education. Previously, it was known as State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET).

HTET 2019 Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

Level 1: Minimum qualification to teach the class I to V. Candidates must have 50% marks in class 12th and completed or pursuing a 2 years diploma in elementary education.

Level 2: Minimum qualification of teaching to the class VI to VIII. Candidates Passed or appearing in the final year of graduation, completed or pursuing 2 years diploma in elementary education in any of the streams.

Level 3: Minimum qualification to teach higher classes should be these: Candidates must be completed graduation, passed or appearing in the final year of post-graduation and must be completed or pursuing 2 years of diploma in elementary education in any of the stream.
