Details of Delhi TET Exam Pattern:

The Delhi TET Exam will be conducted in two shifts and the question appearing in the examination will be based on the syllabus prescribed for class 1 to 5. The difficulty level of the examination will be moderate. Candidates who will clear the Delhi TET Exam will have the eligibility validity for 7 years.

  1. Paper-I & Paper-II contain different sections and topics containing 30 questions holding 30 marks each. 
  2. Delhi TET 2025 Exam for Paper-I & Paper-II will be conducted differently and in two batches.
  3. Paper 1 is for the candidates who are applying for the post of Primary Level Teacher (class 1st to 5th standard)
  4. Paper 2 will be for those candidates who are applying for the post of Secondary Level Teacher (class 6th to 8th standard).
  5. Delhi TET Exam 2025 will be conducted in offline mode.
  6. In Delhi TET 2025 Exam Objective type questions will be asked.
  7. No negative marking will be done.
  8. Each question will hold 1 mark.

As per the latest exam pattern the selection process consists of two phases first the written examination and then document verification. The preparation of DelhiTET will be incomplete without having DTET Exam Pattern. With the help of the exam, pattern candidates will get to know about the structure of the question paper and the weightage of each topic. Thus they get to know important topics.

Along with the exam pattern the candidates should also get the complete syllabus and previous year's question paper to prepare effectively for the examination.

Candidates should follow a disciplined routine to score maximum marks in the examination. After clearing the basic concepts by studying from the syllabus candidates can start solving the previous year's question papers and revise by dividing the preparation time equally for all the subjects.

The Delhi TET written test is conducted online and the questions appearing in the examination are in both Hindi and English except the English section which will be in English only.

Important Points for Delhi TET Exam Pattern 2025:
  1. As per the latest DTET Exam Pattern, the Delhi TET 2025 test will comprise 150 questions each carrying 1 mark.
  2. The nature of the questions will be Objective Type Multiple Choice in nature and the candidates will be given 4 options to select the right answer.
  3. The questions appearing in the section “Child Development and Pedagogy” will focus on the educational psychology of students of the age group of 6-11 years.
  4. Language I and Language II are both different languages. 
  5. The difficulty of the examination will be moderate.
