Delhi TET Exam Date 2024:

Eligibility Criteria for DTET Exam:

Below we have mentioned the eligibility criteria, interested candidates can check all the details concerning the Delhi TET Exam 2024:

Nationality:

• The candidate should be a citizen of India and a resident of Delhi.

Qualification:

For Classes I-V (Primary Stage) , Candidates with the following qualification are eligible:

• The candidates are required to have a minimum of 50% marks and 2-year of Diploma in Elementary Education
• The candidates are required to have a minimum of 45% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, following the NCTE.
• The candidates are required to have a minimum of 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• The candidates are required to have a minimum of 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
• The candidates must have completed their graduation or 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

For Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage), Candidates with the following qualification are eligible:

• The candidates must have completed their graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or
• The candidate must have completed their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)
• Graduation with minimum 45% marks and passed/ appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), under the NCTE or
• Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or
• Senior Secondary with a minimum of 55% marks and 4-year B.A/ B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed or
• Graduation requires a minimum of 55% marks and a one-year B.Ed in Special Education.

Delhi TET Registration Form:

Candidates can download the registration form online from the official website and the information brochure will be made available online too. Before applying for the examination the candidates must read the brochure very carefully, check the eligibility criteria. Candidates must also be aware of the reservation category and select the right one before submitting the registration form.

The registration process will be done only online and for now, the candidates can only fill the application form online. While filling the application form candidates are required to submit their personal as well as academic details and upload the latest passport size photograph and signature in the required format as mentioned in the application form.

Delhi TET Exam Pattern:

Delhi TET Syllabus:

The candidates who are going to appear in the Delhi TET (DTET) 2024 must be aware of the syllabus to prepare effectively for the examination.

For Paper-I the syllabus is Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics, and Environmental Science.

For Paper-II the syllabus is Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics & Science, and Social Science.

Delhi TET Admit Card:

The admit card will be made available online on the official website before 15 days of the examination. The admit card will be made available to only those students who have successfully registered for the examination.

After the declaration of the admits card, the candidates can download it using their login credentials. All the candidates must carry their admit cards in the examination hall. It carries all the important details regarding the examination and students' information.

Delhi TET Answer Key 2024:

The Delhi TET (DTET) is conducted in two papers Where one paper is conducted for the applicant for applying for the post of primary teacher and the second paper is conducted for the candidates who are applying for the higher primary teaching level (from class 6th to 8th). The answer key will be released separately for all the sets of examinations on the official website.

DTET Answer Key is going to be released by the officials of various private institutes.
