CTET Exam Date 2022:

CTET Exam Time Table 2022: This is a national level examination to conduct the eligibility of candidates to be appointed as a teacher at the primary and upper primary level. It is conducted in July and December it means twice a year. The exam will be held on 15 May 2022. CTET Exam 2022 online application started on March 8, 2022.

According to the Central Board Of  Secondary Education (CBSE), CTET registration will be held on 5 May 2022. To download the Admit Card for CTET 2022, candidates have to enter their registration number and date of birth. Admit card is released by CBSE.

After the exam answer key is available on the CTET website. And the result date is notified soon after the exam on the same website. CTET Marking Scheme and Syllabus For Paper 1 & 2:

CTET Exam is conducted in two papers, both the papers are conducted on the same day with different shifts. Paper 1 is to become a primary teacher i.e., candidates who wish to teach classes 1 to 5. And 2 papers for those who wish to teach classes 6 to 8, candidates who become elementary teachers. If candidates qualify to teach classes 1 to 5 then they appear for both papers 1 & 2 for the exam.

Paper consists of 5 sections and paper 2 consists of 4 sections. Multiple subjects are given in which candidates have to choose between mathematics & science in paper 1 and social studies in paper 2. Candidates securing a minimum of 60% marks in paper 1 and paper 2  will be issued CTET Eligibility Test. 

CTET Paper 1 & 2 Syllabus:

CTET Syllabus is conducted by CBSE every year. Paper 1 syllabus includes Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1 & 2, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. Paper 1 is based on the NCERT book of classes 1 to 5 and paper 2 is an elementary stage.

How to fill the CTET Application Form 2022?

CTET form can be filled online only. The last date for registration is September 18, 2022. The online process for registration includes filling the form, upload documents, fee payment, and printing the confirmation page. 

Steps to fill CTET Form:

Step 1: Click on “Apply For CTET 2022”  after visiting on official website ctet.nic.in.  

Step 2: Enter personal details as mentioned in the class 10 certificate.

Step 3: Choose any 3 CTET Exam Date centers preferred language.

Step 4:  Upload photograph and signature in jpeg format.

Step 5: Pay the application form fee.

Step 6: Print confirmation page for a record.

Eligibility for CTET Exam:

Candidates are required to check the CTET eligibility before filling the application form: 

For paper 1:

Candidates must have passed senior secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks.

  • They must have passed or appeared in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

  • They must have passed with 45% marks.
  • Also, they must have passed or appeared in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in  Elementary Education with NCTE.

OR

  • Candidates must have passed senior secondary with 50% marks.
  • They must have passed or appeared in the final year of 4 years Bachelor Of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).

OR

  • They must have passed senior secondary with at least 50% marks.
  • Also, they have a pass certificate of 2-year Diploma In Education (Special Education).

OR

  • Graduation degree with 50% marks.
  • Complete Graduation or passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in  Elementary Education.

For paper 2:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant discipline. 
  •  Passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

  • Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks acquired.
  • Candidates must have certified with Bachelor In Education (B.Ed) degree.

OR 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 45% marks.
  • They must have passed Bachelor In Education in accordance with NCTE norms.

OR

  • Candidates must have passed senior secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
  • Also, they must have passed or appeared in the final year of 4 years Bachelor Of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).

OR

  • They must have passed in the senior secondary with 50% marks.
  • Passed or should be appearing in the final year of 4 years B.A./B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

OR

  •  Graduation with at least 50% marks.
  • Also, they have passed or appearing in 1 year B.Ed.
CTET Admit Card Date:

CTET admit card will be released by the Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) in the third week of November. Candidates can download the admit card by using the registration number and date of birth and password. Those candidates can only issued admit cards who are successfully filled and submit the CTET Application Form.

 Admit card is the mandatory document that a candidate can carry on their examination hall. Candidates can not be carrying CTET Admit Card on the exam day, they will not be allowed to write the paper. Also, every CTET candidate needs to carry the admit card with one valid Photo ID Card on the examination day. Some of the ID Cards that candidates can be carried on the exam centers are Pan Card, Adhar Card, Voter Identity Card, Driving License. 

Steps  to download CTET Admit Card 2022:

Step 1:  Open the official website of the CTET Exam 2022.

Step 2:  Click on the link “Download Admit Card”.

Step 3:  Enter the Registration/Application Number and Date Of Birth and last Password.

Step 4: Then click on the “Submit” option.

Step 5: Download, print CTET admit card.

CTET Answer Key Date 2022:

The answer key is provided with both paper 1 and paper 2. CTET paper 1 answer key 2020 is available in P, Q, R, S, and paper 2 answer key is provided for the sets W, X, Y, Z. candidate can also download the CTET 2022 Question Paper along with Answer key.

How to Check CTET Answer Key (December) 2022?
  • Open the official website of CTET 2022.
  • Click on the link i.e., View OMR Sheet, Answer Keys, Challenge Answer Keys.
  • Enter your Roll Number and Date Of Birth.
  • Then, CTET 2022 answer key will appear.
CTET Result 2022:

CTET result has been announced by CBSE and this is released on the official website of the CTET Exam Date. Candidates can check their results by filling the roll number on the website. Candidates have secured total marks as well as marks secured in each subject.
