CG PPT Counselling: After the result announcements, the selected students will be able to participate in the Counselling process. The counseling will probably get started from the 2nd week of July 2025. It will be conducted online. Students will be allocated the seats in the colleges as per their choice of courses and the rank they acquired. Candidates must have to show the necessary documents/ certificates for verification proof.

CG PPT Admission Counselling:

Students after the result announcement will be able to participate in the counseling process. The counseling will start from the second week of July 2025. It will be conducted via online mode. Students get allocated seats in the institutions as per their choice of courses made during the counseling process. Further Counselling will be conducted in case of vacant seats.

 No hardcopy call letters will be sent/ posted to the candidates. All the updates will be shown on the official website.

• To participate in counseling sessions, candidates need to register themselves on the official website.
• Candidates will have to check the updates and list of counseling online on the official website (the official website is already mentioned in this article.)
• Students have to pay Counselling fees as mentioned by the board authorities, which is mandatory to be paid to attend counseling sessions, the fees vary as per the category of the candidate.
• They will have to clear different rounds to apply for admissions to different colleges.
• The seats will be allotted to the students as per the availability and type of courses they want to pursue.

Documents required during Counselling Process

The following are the documents a candidate needs to get verified during counseling sessions :

 10th and 12th certificates.

1. Migration certificate
2. Character certificate
3. Identity proof (Voter id card, PAN card, smart card, or driving license).
4. Filled application form
5. Chhattisgarh domicile certificate
6. Caste Category certificate
7. Two recent passport size photographs
8. BPL Certificate (For Below poverty line  category candidates)

Steps to Apply for CG PPT 2025 Counselling

The candidate must follow all the step apply for CG PPT 2025 counseling session which is described in the listed below:

Step 1: Candidates have to apply for registration with their CG PPT Roll number, Date of birth, etc.

Step 2: An One-time unique password will be sent on the candidate’s mobile no. or email address. Enter the otp in the given tab.

Step 3: Pay the Counselling Fee using online mode via Netbanking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

Step 4: Now, Choose your choices of courses and colleges, lock them and take a printout of the same.

Step 5: Continue to Document Verification Process for counseling. 

Step 6: After the allotment of the seats, candidates have to report to the selected institutes for document verification to confirm their seats. Candidates must show all the necessary documents/ certificates for the document verification process.

CG PPT 2025 Seat Allotment:

• The seat allotment procedure in CG PPT colleges is a bit complex, these are some detailed information regarding the seat allotment process after the candidate qualifies CG PPT entrance examination.
• The seats allotted to candidates for admission in a program/course are based on the preference of the student, their category, age, and rank in the entrance exam.
• Those candidates who have been allotted a seat would be able to secure their seats by paying admission fees online and will receive notification about the document verification procedure.
• The counseling session will be held in three rounds. The candidates who will not accept the allotted seats in the given time, then their registration will get canceled for the further procedure.
• The candidates who already accepted the allotted seat and paid the admission fee will also be allowed to attend further counseling sessions for securing another seat of his/her own choice. Candidates with higher expectations related to the course and college can also participate in further rounds to secure a seat of their own choice.
• After the counseling procedure and successful admission, the candidate will get a University Card from their respective department of the courses.
