CDS 2019 Admit Card-

Admit Card for CDS session (I) releases in the month of January every year. The candidates can visit the official website i.e. ( and download the admit card. For the first session of CDS, the commission has scheduled February 03, 2019 at 41centress across India.

Admit card is a mandatory document that every candidate must carry to the examination hall. The applicants are reminded that the admit card will not be sent to them via post they will have to download it from the website.  

UPSC CDS 2019 Admit Card - Download Procedure:
  • Step 1: Visit the official website at and click on the admit card link.
  • Step 2: Now click on the 'E-Admit card for various UPSC exams' link which appears on the screen
  • Step 3: Click on the link 'Click here' under the 'view online' column for the applicable exam.
  • Step 4: A new window will open -click on the download link.
  • Step 5: Applicants can download the admit cards from the site by filling the required details like Registration ID & Date of Birth or Roll No.

CDS 2019 Exam Day Instructions-

There are certain instructions which a candidate is recommended to follow on the day of examination to avoid any kind of problem during the test. The Admit Card of CDS 2019  will hold the set of instructions to be followed by candidates.

  • Candidates without CDS Admit Card 2019 will not be allowed to take the entrance test under any assets.
  • Candidates are required to keep the admit card safely during the test hours. The Invigilator may ask for it anytime during the examination.
  • Another important thing to keep in mind is to reach the exam centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
  • Candidates are not be allowed to bring any electronic gadgets such as calculators, calculating devices like mobile phone, pager, etc. in the examination hall.
  • No candidates will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of the test.
  • Things which the candidates should not bring are log tables, slide rules, electronic watches, laptops, mobile phones or any such device in the exam hall.
  • Possession of such devices is strictly forbidden during the CDS 2019 and applicant can be expelled if found using or possessing these devices.
