The library has a wide range of books in all disciplines of Engineering, Management, and Computer Applications. Besides this, there are journals, magazines, textbooks, reference books, encyclopedias, and digital resources.

The college has a clean canteen that serves healthy food and beverages for the students. There is also a neat and spacious playground where the students can engage in outdoor activities and sports in their free time. The Buddha Institute of Technology has courts for volleyball, basketball, and football where the students can gain a healthy and fit body.
