   6. Becoming a catalyst and assisting in the development of Agriculture, Commerce, and allied Industries.
   7. Maintenance, Preservation, and Establishment or Initiation of Common Grazing Grounds (Charagah) in a Village.
   8. Registering Births, Deaths, and Marriages in a particular village, Recording, and Maintenance of Other Records as prescribed by the concerned authority. 
   9. Conducting surveys, Developing Village Profiles, and plans.
