SSC SSA/ UDC Exam Application Form 2025

Candidates can follow the steps to apply for the SSC UDC Examination. The Application Process has two steps; Step 1 - One-Time Registration and Step 2- Filling Online Application Form.

1. Visit the Official website of SSC:https://ssc.nic.in/
2. Click on the ‘Register Now’ button on the home page for one-time registration.
3. Candidates must confirm their mobile number and Email ID after filling up all required details. The registration number and password will be sent to the registered mobile number and Email ID.
4. Candidates must log in using their registration number and password
5. Candidates must fill in all the required details.
6. Upload a photograph, signature, and all the required documents.
7. Submit the application form and take a printout of the application form for future reference.
8. The printed copy of the application form along with necessary documents should be duly forwarded by their respective Service Controlling Authority to “The Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission (Northern Region), Block No.12, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003” 
9. For candidates residing abroad, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, the printed copy of the application form along with necessary documents should be duly forwarded by their respective Service Controlling Authority to “The Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission (Northern Region), Block No.12, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003” 
10. All queries regarding exams should be addressed to “The Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission (Northern Region), Block No.12, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003” containing the following details:- 

• Exam Name and year of exam
• Candidate’s Name (in full and block letters)
• Name of father/husband of candidate
• Roll number or DOB (if roll number not received by the candidate)
• The postal address same as the application
• For all communications, candidates should forward their envelope with the title, “Senior Secretariat Assistant Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2018 & 2019”.
