About Scole Kerala 2024:

Scole stands for State Council for Open and Lifelong Education. Scole Kerala Exam is conducted for Kerala class 11th, class 12th, and SSLC level. This board was established in the year 1999. This board is a reorganized form of Kerala State Open School and the main head office of SCOLE is situated in Vidya Bhavan, Poojappura, Tepvanthapuram. The main aim of the board is to promote education in the state of Kerala. It is a part of the E-governance program wherein the department of general education decided to automate the Kerala opening school system in the state.

The candidates who have cleared the SSLC examination from the year 2009 onwards are eligible to directly apply for the open private scheme on the online platforms. Kerala State Open School provides distance learning and allows a large number of students to continue their education without being physically present in the classroom. In the beginning, the Scole Kerala Exam was conducted for the open regular scheme and later on, in 2002, registration for private higher secondary courses was also included through the Kerala State Open School.

The Kerala State Open School (KSOS) is automated by the Department of General Education. And from 2009 and onwards open private schemes are being managed by the IT School project. The software has successfully allotted open admission to more than 80,000 students who had applied online and around 10,700 students who had applied with the traditional method.

Scole Kerala 2024 Exam Eligibility:

• The candidates who have registered for the second year examination which was held in March 2024 for the first time and the candidates who are not eligible for higher studies fore have failed can register for all the subjects that they have failed to attain  D grade or above to pass the examination.
• The candidates who have a compartment in any subject and have secured D + grade or above in all the subjects and appeared in the second year higher secondary examination which was held in March 2024 can register for one subject which he or she have failed in to get D + grade or above. If the candidate in this situation has failed to secure a D+ grade or above in more than one subject then he or she will not be considered eligible to appear in this examination.
•  The candidates who have appeared for the second year Higher secondary examination which was held in March 2024 for the first time and have achieved D+ great or above in all the subjects are eligible for higher education. the candidates belonging to this category can register for the improvement of grades in any one subject.
• A candidate cannot appear for the same year examination and improvement examination both at the same time.
• For scheduled academic year examination or improvement examination, The candidate can appear only for the terminal evaluation of the concerned subject. The PE score and CE score, in case (if the subjects have practicals) Will be carried over in March, if previously the candidate had not undergone practical evolution then he or she should attend the same examination otherwise the candidate will be treated as absent for that particular subject.
• Certificates of consolidation showing the eligibility on the Eligibility of a candidate for higher education at the same academic year must be issued. A certificate combining the score of March and the improvement examination cannot be issued.
