Eligibility Criteria Nationality
Candidates must be citizens of India, candidates from Nepal, subjects of Bhutan, or permanent immigrants from Tibet who arrived in India before January 1, 1962. a person of Indian descent who migrated from Burma, Zambia, Pakistan, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Zaire, Malawi,
Vietnam, and the United Republic of Tanzania, among other East African nations. An immigrant certificate of eligibility issued by the Indian government should be held by each migrated candidate.
Educational Qualification
Candidates from the General/OBC category must have a Bachelor's degree or a Postgraduate degree, depending on the position, and must have a minimum score of 60%. - Legal officer: The minimum qualification for General/OBC candidates is 60% in an undergraduate or postgraduate law degree. The minimum qualification for SC/ST/PWD/EWC candidates is a minimum of 55% in an undergraduate or postgraduate law degree.
- Company Secretary: The minimum qualification for General/OBC candidates is ICSI ACS/FCS, as well as an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60%. The minimum qualification for SC/ST/PWD/EWC candidates is; ICSI ACS/FCS and an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60%.
- Finance and Accounts: Minimum qualification for General/OBC candidates is A Chartered Accountant/An UG or PG degree in any discipline/Cost and management accountant/MBA finance or PGDM finance with a minimum score of 60% required. Minimum qualification for SC/ST/PWD/EWC candidates is; Chartered Accountant/An UG or PG degree in any discipline/Cost and management accountant/MBA finance or PGDM finance with a minimum score of 55% is required.
Age Relaxation
The minimum age limit is 21 years, and the maximum age limit is 30 years. Relaxation criteria for candidates under various reserved categories are as follows:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- OBC candidates: 3 years
- Candidates with disabilities (as defined under "The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016"): 10 years
- Ex-servicemen/disabled during their serving period for the country: 5 years
- Defense service personnel disabled in operation during hostilities with other countries or survived in a disturbed area and released: 3 years
- Candidates who are ordinarily domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir: 5 years
- Candidates who are permanent employees of public sector general insurance companies, including Agricultural Insurance Companies of India Limited and GIC: 8 years.
