NEET PG Exam Result 2022: National Board of Education has declared the result for the NEET Post Graduation Exam 2022 on the 1st of June, 2022 for the medical Postgraduates. Candidates can check their results of the NEET PG online by the following steps. After the result declaration, NEB releases the scorecard to every passed candidate who will be going to appear in the NEET PG examination. On the basis of the scorecard, Candidates are liable to take admission in the course of MS/ MD in the various Government medical colleges and private medical colleges.

NEET PG Result 2022 was released by the conducting authority on the 1st of June 2022. NBE (National Board of Examination) is the conducting body that is responsible for the announcement of the NEET PG Result 2022 and provides a rank to each applicant to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) and also to the state government. After the declaration of the NEET PG Exam result 2022, the qualified applicants can go for the further process of counseling and admission process. The eligibility criteria for NEET PG admission is that every applicant must obtain minimum marks corresponding to the cut-off percentile. Marks will be obtained from 1200. In 2022, the number of competitors was 15% more than in 2021 signifying a trend that the exam is getting more competitive each year.

Candidate can download their result by visiting the NEB official website and the counseling will be started after the declaration of the result. Counseling will be conducted through online mode.

  • Candidates are required to visit NBE official website  i.e. https://natboard.edu.in/ to check their results, where they are required to find out the result link is provided above the download result

  • Click on the result link and  NEET PG result 2022 will appear in front of you

  • Now you are required to enter your testing ID and date of birth

  • Click on the submit button to generate your neet pg Exam result

  • A pdf file will be generated on your computer screen

  • Now you need to open that PDF file if it has not opened automatically. This PDF file contains the result status with the obtained marks

  • Keep the extra printout of it for further procedures.

NEET PG Scorecard 2022

In the NEET PG scorecard, the candidate’s all India rank is printed along with other details. The candidate would be able to download their result cum scorecard from the official website. To download the NEET PG scorecard, the candidate would have to use their testing ID and date of birth to download their scorecard.

The result can be seen as an offline mode of the notice board at the Ansari Nagar Office of NBE. No scorecard will be sent out to the candidates individually.

Steps to download NEET PG scorecard 2022

In order to download the scorecard of NEET PG 2022, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Go to the official website – nbe.edu.in

Step 2: Select NEET-PG as the entrance exam

Step 3: Click on the application login

Step 4: Enter the user ID and password

Step 5: The scorecard of NEET PG appears on the screen

Step 6: Verify the details printed on it

Step 7: Download and take at least three to four printouts for future use

Important Points Related to NEET Post Graduation Exam Result:

  • Candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states are eligible for a 50% AQI quota for various courses like MDS.

  • Candidates, who have passed BDS from the state of J&K States, are not eligible for All India 50% quota seats. However, candidates who are nominated by the Government of India under central pool sear to do the BDS from the Dental colleges in Jammu and Kashmir are eligible to take admission to All India 50% quota post-graduate for the MDS course.

  • Copy of scorecard will not be sent individually.

NEET PG Result Qualifying Percentile:

The qualifying percentile of the NEET PG result is the percentile on which candidates are given rank in the merit list. NBE will be releasing the qualifying percentile on a category basis for the result of NEET. Candidates will have to secure the minimum qualifying percentile and corresponding marks to the percentile will be considered for admission in the desired courses. NBE  will disclose the qualifying marks with the declaration of the results and this result and qualifying marks category will be different for each category. NEET PG 2022 Counselling:

NEET PG 2022 Counselling is expected to be conducted by NBE for the given quotas. All the information regarding NEET PG 2022 counseling is mentioned below. However, the information is tentative and subject to change:

  • All India 50% Quota Seats: Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) of Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India conducts the counseling for All India Quota 50% referring to the student’s result in NEET PG 2022.

  • State Quota Seats: The concerned States / designated authority / University conducts the counseling for state quota seats as per their score in the examination.

  • Admission In Private Medical Colleges, Institutes, Universities, Deemed Universities: The counseling for candidates to get admission in private medical colleges, institutes, universities, and deemed universities are conducted by the designated counseling authority of these Individual Institutes/ Colleges/ Universities/ Deemed Universities.

  • Admission In Armed Forces Medical Service Institutions: The counseling to get admission in armed forces medical service institutions is conducted by the Directorate General Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS), Ministry of Defense, Government of India based on the rank and marks scored by the student.

  • Admission In DNB Broad Specialty Courses: NBE (National Board of Examination) conducts centralized merit-based counseling based on the rank of the student in NEET PG 2022.
