Delhi High Court Exam Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the Delhi Judicial Service Exam 2026, candidates must check out the eligibility criteria to verify whether they are eligible or not. If candidates do not fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the notification pdf, then their application will be rejected. The eligibility criteria in the form of educational qualification, nationality, and advocacy qualifications are as follows : 

  • Citizenship: Candidate should be a citizen of India
  • Educational Qualification: It is mandatory to possess a degree of LLB from a recognized University or Institute in order to apply for the exam.
  • Advocacy Qualification: The candidate should either be an advocate practicing in India or possess the qualifications to be recognized as an advocate per the Advocates Act of 1961 provisions.

DHC Age Limit

For the candidates, the minimum age should not be less than 18 years and the maximum age should not exceed more than 32 years to apply for the Delhi Judicial Service Exam 2026.
