BSSTET Exam 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must look out for the eligibility criteria before applying for BSSET exam 2025. Every candidate must ensure that they fit into the eligibility requirements. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of your application form.

Educational Qualification

For paper 1

Subjects	Educational Qualification
Hindi	Candidates must have had Hindi as a subject in his/her graduation and B.ed
Urdu	Candidates must have had Urdu as a subject in his/her graduation and B.ed
Sanskrit	Candidates must have had Sanskrit as a subject in his/her graduation and B.ed
English	Candidates must have had English as a subject in his/her graduation and a B.ed
Maths	Candidates must have studied Maths, Physics, and Chemistry in his/her and graduation and B.ed (OR) Candidates must have studied BTech (with mathematics as the main subject) and B.ed
Science	Candidates must have had studied Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry in their graduation and B.ed (OR) Candidates must have studied BTech (with Science as the main subject) and B.ed
SST	Candidates must have cleared any two of the subjects mentioned: History, Geography, Economics, and Political Science in graduation and B.ed

For paper 2

English	Candidates must have done an M.A in English and a B.ed
Mathematics	Candidates must have done an M.A in Mathematics and a B.ed
Physics	Candidates must have done an M.A in Physics and a B.ed
Chemistry	Candidates must have done an M.A in Chemistry and a B.ed
Zoology	Candidates must have done an M.A in Zoology and a B.ed
Botany	Candidates must have done an M.A in Botany and a B.ed
Computer Science	Candidates must have an A’ level from DOEACC and Post Graduate Degree in any subject OR BE or B. Tech (in Computer Science/IT) or an equivalent Degree or Diploma from an Institution/University OR BE or B. Tech (in Any Stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from any recognized University OR M.Sc. (in Computer Science) / MCA or similar from a recognized University OR B.Sc. (in Computer Science) / BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate Degree in any subject from a recognized University OR Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and M.A Degree in any subject from a recognized University OR ‘B’ Level from DOEACC and M.A in any subject. OR MCA three years program (6 semesters)
