Quantum University, Roorkee Admission 2024: How to Apply, Important Dates

Admission Process of Quantum University 2025-24

1. Students can apply through both online as well as offline modes. The application fee is Rs 1000 only. To apply online visit the official website of the Quantum University https://quantumuniversity.edu.in/, Click on the ”admission” tab in the top right, select the program(UG/PG/Ph.D./Qcare) application and fill in the required details to register yourself on the website, an OTP will be sent on your registered mobile no., verify the OTP, pay application fees(via Netbanking, Credit Card, Debit Card or any E-wallet) and fill up the application form, upload the required documents in pdf format and passport size photograph in JPEG, JPG. Click on Submit.
2. Students who are seeking to get admission in the courses like B.Tech/BTech Hons/BTech+MBA degree have to qualify for University Entrance Exam (Q-Care)/JEE Main or any other State Level entrance exam
3. Students who qualified NID/DAT entrance exam will be given more preference while providing admission in courses like BSc in Animation and VFX, Graphic Design & UI
4. Students who qualified for exams like  CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT will be given more preference for MBA admissions.
5. Admissions in M.Tech will be provided on the basis of students' GATE scores.
6. Admissions to other Pg and Diploma programs will be given on the basis of the merit list of the qualifying exams.
7. Students who want to take admission to M.Phil and Ph.D. courses, have to score qualifying marks in the Quantum University  Entrance Test followed by a personal interview round.
8. Students who qualified for GATE/ CSIR JRF of UGC NET are also eligible to apply for M.Phil and Ph.D. courses.

Quantum University Scholarship

The Scholarships provided by the University are completely based on merit. Different amounts of Quantum University scholarships are provided to the students based on their 10th and 12th scores.
