Ambala College Of Engineering and Applied Research (ACEAR), Ambala Admission 2024: How to Apply, Important Dates

Ambala College Of Engineering and Applied Research Admission Process 2025-24:

1. Candidates who are looking forward to take admission in Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research  can apply online by visiting the official website of the college i.e https://www.ambalacollege.com

2. Then click on the tab "Admission" and there you will find an option "Apply Online"

Click on the option.

3. Now you need to register yourself on the website by entering your email address, phone no. and other required details.

4. You will receive a verification code on the registered email or mobile , enter the otp and verify yourself and set a password. Now you are registered on the website.

5. Now, Login using the same registered email address or mobile no. and password.

6. Fill the application form and enter all the required details like name, course, age, D.O.B etc.

7. Upload the required documents as asked in the application form in the required format. You may be asked to upload these documents, so keep the scanned copy of these documents handy:

• Copy of 10th and 12th marksheet
• Copy of Reserved Category Certificate
• Copy  Sports Certificate, if applicable
• Copy of  Character Certificate
• Copy of Differently-abled Certificate (if applicable).
•  Score Card of JEE mains or any other qualified exam

8. Now complete the application process by paying the application fee  using any online banking mode ( Net banking, Debit card or Credit Card). you will receive a payment confirmation option .

9. Now Click on Submit and you are done with the application process.

Ambala College Of Engineering and Applied Research Scholarships

The Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research Offers various scholarship schemes based on the entrance examinations ,merit lists and Financial situation of the family of the student. Below mentioned are the scholarships offered by ACEAR.

ACE  Merit Scholarship Programme

• Scholarship is offered on the basis of the percentage secured by the candidate in 10+2 examinations in the main subjects Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
• ACE Merit Scholarship is also offered, based on the percentage in Polytechnic Diploma Examinations.
• The maximum amount of ACE Scholarship is Rs 40,000.

SRSMT Scholarship ( Based on SRMT Scholarship test) 

SRSTMT Scholarship is offered on the basis of the rank holded by the candidate in SRSMT Scholarship test for 10+2 Non medical/Medical and Diploma Students. Below is the scholarship Criteria to get SRSMT Scholarships. Please note that the SRSMT Scholarship will be offered for only the 1st year of the course of any branch.

ACEAR Merit Based Scholarship

ACEAR also offers a merit based scholarship awarded to the deserving candidates only. The scholarship amount depends entirely on the candidates percentage in 10+2 examinations in the main subjects Physics, Chemistry And Maths or Biology. This scholarship is awarded to the meritorious students for the first year only.

Merit based Scholarship based on Diploma Percentage (For Lateral Entry)

The college offers the scholarship to the Diploma graduate students who are applying for the lateral entry in the B.Tech course. This scholarship entirely depends on the percentage scored by the candidate in the final year of the Diploma degree in Polytechnic.

Scholarship for Economically Weak Students

ACEAR supports the dreams of the young aspirants who want to achieve something in the field of engineering, so it introduced a scholarship for the students who belong from economically weaker sections. Under this scholarship scheme the college provides financial assistance to such students  by waiving off their tuition fee and providing them opportunities under earn while you learn scheme.

Scholarship under Government of Haryana Scheme

• Government of the state Haryana and government of India Scholarships scheme are admissible at Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research for all the eligible students.
• Scholarships for Reserved Category Students are also available.
• PM Scholarship Scheme for wards of widows and wards of deceased or retired servicemen , are also available.
• Other Government Scholarships like PM scholarship Scheme for Jammu and Kashmir Students and Scholarship for PWD category students are also awarded to students who meet the criteria.
